Totally agreed. Cyber city is not for its employees anymore. Other cities with more tech parks are still less priced than our cyber city. Even rental yield is better in other cities.

What is this range. Even in new Gurgaon which was supposed to be affordable now they are saying ~3cr. Means office going salaried class should switch job to some other city. These property will be taken away by these dacoit or I would say so called investors. Govt should do something so that atleast a good salaried class person can afford it. And I am surprised that seems like you guys only interested in high range person who can buy and later sell and make some profit instead of focussing on end user. ☹️
We understand your concern. Market was not even moving since 2012 to 2019. This is golden Era of real estate so that's the reason you see upside trend. My suggestion to you is either Gurgaon or any other city, you should buy immediately as market prices are predicted to go even much higher.
