The Safety precautions that I observed in the video and mentioned as well are the following:
1. The first safety precautionary measures that I identified is properly wearing the right personal protective equipment when assembling and disassembling the system unit. Proper wearing of gloves, mask and body protection is a must to avoid electrocution and nasty cuts that is a possible injury if not given attention.
2. Before opening it, turn off the computer first and unplug the cord from the AVR to avoid possible electrocution. Disconnect power cords from power supply.
3. Wear Anti-Static Wrist Strap because this strap is designed to safely ground operators working with ESD sensitive components, preventing a build-up of static electricity. Antistat's range of wristbands are designed to be worn close to the skin establishing a path to ground.
4. Find a clean and clear table for the assembling and disassembling of system unit so that when disassembling commences system parts won’t be harmed especially the chips that are small.
5. Get clean containers for the system parts like for the CPU and RAM that are sensitive.
6. Lastly, handle each part with care because great impact onto system parts might harm its performance.

Sir necessary pa po ba yung anti static wrist strap pag mag di-disassemble/assemble ng system unit? May other video tutorial kasi akong napapanood na di nagsusuot nun bago ang process.

As far as I know, recommended na magsuot ng anti static wrist strap para maiwasan yung pagkasira ng motherboard dahil sa static. Pero if wala namang strap, pwede rin naman na gawin mong grounded yung sarili mo by holding something metal. Personally ang ginagawa ko na lang is hinahawakan ko yung takip ng case ko kasi metal yon haha. Pero make sure na hindi nakadikit don yung motherboard. But try at your own risk.

You never took off the thermal paste from the CPU and heatsink then add fresh on assembly. Also while everything is out of the case a good clean on everything is a good idea. Get rid of that stupid background music too, I had to mute it, thumbs down on this.
