- In this video, I show you what is possibility the best budget-friendly Airbnb around the BGC area. The majority of Airbnbs in the area are pricey if you do not book months in advance. I found this one last minute for only $16 a night. It's not very big at all, but it gets the job done.

Harbour square in Manila has a nice view of Manila bay and the skyline and you can also take a nice boat sunset tour

I laugh at that bidet hahaha! Surprisingly, it's common in many hotels here in the Philippines. I make it a habit to test them on the toilet floor first, rather than risking the need to clean my colon or something

Even though I'm one of the Locals, I wouldn't have known this budget friendly AirBnB Units if not for this informative Video that you just made. I also have my own Batman-themed Airbnb Unit in the Greenbelt Commercial Area of Makati which has an open Balcony so I could use a lot of Airbnb Suggestions from valued Guests like you. I truly enjoyed watching your honest Review of your walking Tours in the Metro and all I can say is, keep 'em comin'😊

I think the park used to be part of Makati and now a part of Taguig. There probably are some legal issues that still needs to be resolved before it gets transferred to Taguig.

The Makati river park is probably closed because that area is used to be Makati and now its Taguig right after a recent court ruling. They might be preparing to turn it over to Taguig or something.

The smallest sink in the 🇵🇭. Crazy how do you even wash your face with the little sink and wash both your hands? Couldn’t put a bigger mirror? Everything is small! The outside looks different and nice. Wow $16/night…good deal! Matt thanks for taking us along. Take care 🙏

saw those sink in Japan as well. And they also have those sink on top of the toilet water tank to save more space and water (water goes from sink to the tank).
Hahaha yeah! Was in Japan a month ago and will say they have the craziest sinks i've ever seen.

The Riverpark in Filinvest Mall in Alabang is nice, Also i wish u could go to Alabang Town Center and Molito and also Festival Mall, its Massive as well and it has a riverpark. Theres a bus from Market Market to Alabang and vice versa, its a point to point bus or P2P which means theres no other stops and also theres a bus in Greenbelt to Alabang and vice versa. Thank u for loving the stray cats.

@@MattReardonVlogs muntinlupa city is part of Metro Manila, the place go to is the Alabang Town Center or maybe the Cyberzone. Beyond that is outside metro manila.

You can reduce the pressure in the bidet. A valve is controlling the amount of water that can go to that bidet (and to the toilet bowl).
It didn't work when I tried haha. That's the first thing I do when I find out the pressure is high or low. haha

Hi matt, rizal park or luneta park is located in the main manila area. Explore luneta park area fort santiago, san agustine church, manila cathedral area barbara’s heritage. Research for it. Take care. Explore alao the oldest chinatown in the word and explore the foods that they offer there. Do all your research where is the best food in china town and where to explore.

Taguig and makati are fighting over the jurisdiction of that area. It’s always about tax receipts (money) and greedy politicians

There is an ongoing dispute between the 2 local cities Taguig and Makati regarding who owe's the Park and neighboring baranggays. Those guys are from Makati City they barricaded the whole park to prevent the other party from taking over the place. If you like Parks yes Filnvest Alabang is the place to go, it is still part of Metro Manila but is on the out shirt. I recommend you staying there for 1 or 2 days. Not bad for a City.
