Hello cocktail enthusiasts, Welcome to "No Bars in the Wild" - This is a series where I craft extraordinary cocktails inspired from nature and the places the I visit!
My goal is to explore the world through cocktails and create drinks where no bartender has before.
In this episode, we venture through the vibrant pine forests of Obrowo, Poland around 2 hours east of Warsaw. I stayed is a small cottage on the border of the forest with a variety of fruits and herbs growing in the garden. grasping the opportunity of freshly picked ingredients and the serenity of early morning forest walks i was inspired to create a drink called "The Basic Birch Martini" a blend of polish vodka in fused with apple & birch bark with fresh grapes and vermouth.

- Fresh Grape Juice
- Martini Bianco
