One year back, I was a Amazon seller and had a problem with my china product and approached nivetha's team, but they didn't able to solve it. We left the business with loss.

Sorry to hear that we were not able to solve your issues. I believe many sellers are still dependent on one platform. My suggestion 100% Amazon is the entry point but as a part of the expansion plan to be in all marketplaces, website & social media.
