PERSONAL OPINION ON CHANGE OF MIND POLICY FOR SHOPEE BUYERS AS A SELLER
Change of Mind Policy
Effective May 1, 2024, Shopee has introduced a "Change of Mind" return and refund policy allowing buyers to return products for reasons such as unsuitable fit/style, better prices elsewhere, or no longer needing the product. This new reason applies to all Shopee Marketplace and Shopee Mall sellers and does not affect a seller’s Non-Fulfillment Rate (NFR).
Return Conditions
General Requirements: Returned items must be in original quality, packaging, and quantity. This includes all protective materials, tags, manuals, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags. Special seals (e.g., "Do not accept if seal is broken") should remain intact.
Specific Categories:
Electronics: Must have intact original packaging seal, be unopened and unused, and include warranty cards and documentation.
Fashion: Tags and packaging must be intact, and items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG): Original labels and packaging must be unopened, and items must be in original condition.
General Items: Must be in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products cannot be returned due to Change of Mind, including:
Electronics: Home appliances, e-cigarettes, mobile gadgets, cameras, drones, and computer accessories.
Seller Rights and Costs
Sellers can refuse returns if products are damaged, worn, incomplete, used, or are intimate/personalized items.
Sellers will be charged Return Shipping Fees (RSF) and Forward Shipping Fees (FSF) for buyer-win requests, including Change of Mind.
Sellers can save on shipping costs by enrolling in the RR Shipping Fee Support Program, which covers all RSF and FSF costs, providing automatic savings without manual claims.
Request Process
Initiating Returns: Buyers can request returns/refunds through the Shopee App within the Shopee Guarantee period or Returns Window. Initially, buyers shoulder the return shipping fee for self-arranged returns, which is refunded after the process is complete.
Shopee’s Discretion: Shopee can refuse refunds if products are altered from their original condition.
Dispute Process
Sellers can dispute return/refund requests within 2 days if items do not meet the specified return criteria, such as original packaging, tags, and condition.
This combined policy aims to provide flexibility for buyers while maintaining fairness and protection for sellers.

As a buyer, kung walang gantong feature d ko na alam kanino ko ibibigay o kung maibebenta ko p b ung item, baka maitambak ko lng at masira lng. Para sakin okay tong feature na to at least mas sure na mabebenta pa ng seller ung item at may iba p makikinabang.
sayang ang oras ni seller kung change of mind lang dahilan. akin block ko na lang ang buyer para di na maka order ulit, di naman nag rereply kung ano talaga ang reason nya .
Yung iba kasi sir, okay nga yung product, pero yung title kasi like nangyari sakin bogus, 35 liters actual, pero yung title 42 liters... Narealize ko lang nung second look ko sa reviews, style ni seller iniiba iba yung naming, or edit ng naming from time to time

paano po sir seller po ako gustong i refund ng buyer kasi may nasibak na nagkaka amount lang nmn ng almost 50 pesos pero ang price ng buong unit ay 3500 ang nakalagay lang kasi ay refund walang return luging lugi nmn ako kong hindi maibabalik ang items ko. ano pong magandang gawin sir? sana ma notice

napunta ako dahil sa pagkalugi. grabe ang shopee literal na lintik. kawawa angga katulad kong seller lalo maliit lang ang puhunan. dalawang beses ako nabogus ng buyer. una order received na nila then dahil hindi satisfied nagrequest ng refund kahit iisa lang yung product nya inaccept agad ni shopee . ang masakit nito wala man lng proof of video . only pisture at salita lang . how come ahopee tolerate na mga bogus buyer. yung items walang sira at hjndi missing pero right away accept refund agad. kapag nalaman pa ng marami na kahit mareceived na nila ang items pwede sila mandaya na missing ang ibang items . nakakapanghina talaga.
Dapat pag nireturn sagot ni buyer lagi ang shipping. Or magkaron si shopee sa system na pag lagi narerejct ung parcel or cancel hindi na sya pwede umorder dapat may id verification din para di makagawa ng multiple account para mag cancel cancel uli pag nagbago isip.. tapos bago mag cod dapat meron syang 10 purchase na paid muna. Then pag nag cancel sya or abandoned parcel hindi sya makaka cod. Luging lugi tayo mga sellers eh. Pag balik ng parcel lugi na sa packaging nabugbog pa item tapos tayo pa sasagot ng shipping fee. Hello ask ko lang po kc nagrereturn ako ng items kc mali pinadala. Bakit walang return na nakalagay. Ang nakalagay lang successful refund. Pano ko maibabalik sa seller yung items. At wala din nakalagay if saan ko idrop ang items. Waiting for your reply. Thanks

Buong araw kami ng sagutan ni chinese seller na hindi daw nila rerefund ung pera ko kasi fault ko daw ang wrong purchase. Pero naclick ko ung return/refund and may refund label na ko. And for pick up po ung item na ibabalik ko. Possible po ba marefund ko pera ko kung hindi sang ayon si seller na marefund pera ko dahil sa rason nila? Salamat po sa sagot!!
