It might depend on the store. I haven’t heard anything yet about the two I may go to (except that they confirmed when I called that they will be having the event), since they haven’t posted anything about it yet and they’re not on the B&N website. But before I knew about those I did sign up for an event farther away that was already listed on the site, and that event did require you to sign up for a (free) ticket on the B&N website. (You go the store’s page on the site and select the event.)

As far as the events that show up in the search on the B&N website, looks like the three closest to St Louis are West Des Moines, IA, Oak Brook, IL, and Lafayette, IN. As I mentioned in the video, the ones online aren't the only ones holding the event, though, so if you have any B&N stores closer to you, you'll want to give them a call to check.

According to this list there'll be several in Missouri, all on Saturday the 20th: Blue Springs, Des Peres, Fenton, Springfield, and St Peters.
Unfortunately Barnes and Noble is only in the US. Poland has had some events in the last few years, though - some of the Erins have come to Pyrkon in June the last few years (Vicky twice, and Cherith in this past one) and done signings around that time. You'll want to follow the Polish publisher's social media, since they usually post about it in advance.
I dunno why i need to say this but i had a mental breakdown today bc i tried to sign into an app and somehow got my account deleted and went through the pain and agony of having to get new accounts for all of my apps. This is a life lesson for yall to try not to get distracted so easily Also i got the book two weeks early to +300 aura for me 😊
