As of this video, it seems that the coal trains out of Shire Oaks to Baltimore, Maryland have finally resumed operations following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, this being the first (as of my knowledge) train of such type to run the line since. As for if they're gonna run the doubles again or the other types such as 862, I've no idea.
