OK so you have decided to visit Trento, great choice, this is a city rich in history so you can certainly have a great time!
you can start in the city centre, which is beautiful, especially in the Piazza del Duomo area. Here you can visit the cathedral or Duomo, whose first building was constructed in the 4th century; the same square is also home to the famous Museo Diocesano Tridentino.
Continuing towards the city centre, one of the places not to be missed is the castello del buonconsiglio, beautiful in itself, if you visit it you can admire a beautiful panoramic view of the city, which is quite impressive, inside it is also full of artistic and historical collections about the city that are really interesting!
However, if history is not really your subject you can also visit the museum of natural history, it is quite big so if you want to visit it take 5 or 4 hours for the visit, but it's really cool!
The last thing I want to tell you about is a little-known gem, if you want to in Trento right behind the station you can take a cable car that will take you to Sardagna a little village on the mountain near the city with obviously a beautiful view from up there, in fact I think it is the best view in the whole city.
