I never understood this scene. Didn’t Hellboy publicly reveal himself already in the first movie? All those people in the subway saw him fighting Samael. And he was photographed on rooftops before that. How’d that cover that up?
Tom Manning said he spent of fortune in trying to coverup a lot of Hellboy sightings. Photos and videos were being suppressed (and popping up on UA-cam, which he hates). The public had somewhat of an idea but I'm guessing it was like an urban myth type thing - does he really exist. Then the auction goes down and there you have it, plus it's being broadcasted publicly by news outlets.
It would have been awesome to see Liz help against the Golden Army In the previous movie they had already established her ability to incinerate her surroundings, they should've spent less time on cgi in this scene (bc she has more control over her powers) and spent it to show her turning the throne room into a blast furnace or kiln, dark souls reigniting the first flame style
Yeah you do know Abe and the ghost professor are with them in that scene when they both start fighting the golden army....liz and hellboy are fire proof.....there not... remember that
@@kiloklavdi1185 wrong gold is extremely easy to melt. And they show that she can melt it in the end when she melts the crown no problem. Her powers are like a last resort not a “easily win every battle by just burning them.” And she doesn’t have complete control it just happens when it happens
