MMy take always from Capt. Tsikata's testimony.
1. Chairman of the Commission was firm and fair in his ruling that Tsikata won't be allowed to talk about his personal experience regarding torture because he was not a petitioner.
2. I like the calmness in Tsikata' s voice and composure at the Commission.
3. Disappointed with the line of questioning by the Commission members. The question they should have explored was why Amaryey Kwei would frame him up and implicate him. What could the motive be instead of questions about who issued the operational pass and whether the boys could have acted without higher approval. That much was obvious from the SIB report. The higher authority was Amartey Kwei, a PNDC member, and the operational pass was part of the SIB exhibits.

Those days it was easy to break jail by the help of invicible faces and that was what Amartey thought would happen to him. There was no way junior soldiers would have access to a car, a pass and move in a curfew time without the backing of a super hand! The car that was used for the execution according to reports was later found parked in the Rawlingses residence. God never sleeps.....He is slow to anger but His anger is more than a raging 🔥🔥🔥.

The problem with most Ghanaians parading on UA-cam is lack of education and intelligence. Reading most of the comments on here, one can instantly deduce how shallowness, personality, politics, and tribal affiliations inform their beliefs and comments. It’s so sickening. I was hoping these hearings and other interviews will help uncover the truth about the killing of the judges but unfortunately, none has. People are just here drawing their own conclusion based on their biases. You dare not mention it without facing the infantile rants of these people.
These hearings were not to find anyone guilty of any murders. It was a reconciliation effort. Ghana has never tried to find the individuals who authorized the abduction and killings. The SIB report on the investigations recommended for certain individuals to be charged but was never done. We can have a trial if we expunge the indemnity clauses smuggled into the 1992 constitution. But we all know who did. You are not going to find the guilty folks from comments here.

Here is one thing I have a hard time understanding. When the lady on the panel or commission asked him, as the National Security Advisors, what did he do after he got to know about the missing judges and army officer. He response was , he met up with the IGP and spent the rest of the time in the OPS room monitoring. Question, what exactly was he monitoring. Also, why was he only updating the Chief Justice and other legal representatives? He never once mentioned, he briefing his Boss ( Jerry John Rawlings) at that time. That’s strange!

Tsikata and Kofi Aworno were arrested to face military tribunal in 1975 for their abortive coup against Acheampong's government, they're not killed nor tortured but when they had the chance to be in Rawlings evil government they took the advantage to killed many people and some of them are still walking free, see how Aworno was assassinated in Kenya, whatever happens they would pay the price one by one.
Tsikata was not in the country when the generals were executed. He was not a member of the AFRC who murdered the generals

The question is as the one in charge of security why can't he subit the name of the officer in charge that day or that night. They must ne able to providentiel name or names of responsible officers the only ones that have the authaurity to issue that pass be it police or the military.
