LATE ABORTED LANDING in STRONG WIND! easyJet A319 Go Around, Touch & Go?! | 4K

- More strong wind and rain swept across the UK today, with winds gusting up to 44mph experienced at Bristol Airport. The wind was blowing from the South, directly across the East-West runway. This easyJet Airbus A319 arriving from Amsterdam was forced to abort it's landing because of the challenging conditions. It looks like the left main gear just skimmed the ground but the variable wind made it difficult to get the aircraft firmly on the ground. The aircraft performed a 'go around' procedure and landed safely 15 minutes later on the second attempt. ✈️
This was flight U26162/EZY24TA from Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS/EHAM), Netherlands. The first attempt was at 11:00am and the second at 11:14am. Aircraft involved was G-EZAG, a 16.8 year old Airbus A319-111. 😊

Omg, can't believe you caught this, I was sitting on the right side!
It was the most turbulent approach I've had into Bristol. Felt the plane bounce the first time and by that point, I think we were past the terminal.
When he touched it down the second time it was smooth as butter, but my god did he slam the brakes on.
No clapping at the end, thank god, but passengers politely thanked the pilot as we disembarked.
As we were taxiing back I saw a bunch of cars in the spotting area, so I had my hopes up that someone recorded it and I was in luck!
