- A King and His Crown episode 1! This one is a full crown session with emphasis on the toothbrush. This is my first time using it but, it is a pretty common method wavers use to close their crown. Have you used a toothbrush before?

I gotta kickstart my wave journey man. I had some sick 180 waves that were natural and brushed minimally. I'm gonna start real soon don't even have a durag lol. Any beginner tips for a full beehive. And also should I get a haircut cos it's medium long rn( if I do what size is a good start) Great Vid though
Start at a 1.5 and attack it with the medium and softy right away. Find some nice oils and products that work for you and go light on em. Main thing is the brushwork tho.

Hey PJ i need some help wit my waves. My right side seems to be trained to go the opposite way than where I brush it. I tried wolfing, combing, pomade, brushing that side more... everything man. After I do a brush session I rag up immediately but when I take it off my right side isnt laid down right. Any suggestions? Thanks... ✊🏽

I kind of feel like me and you have the same hair texture. What guard do you get your hair cut to ? Because when I get it cut with a #2 my waves don’t look as deep on my right side. Also keep grinding bro I’m a supporter👏🏾✊🏾
First off I appreciate you big time. I suggest a 1.5 then goin crazy with the sessions then later when you get your definition up you can go back to the 2 guard

Where can I get a crown patch
I hate my crown, I'm trying to get my 720s looking right but the crown always looks like trash lol. I was going to use a toothbrush more but I forgot about it, going to try to use it a bit more. Is there a reason for using butter over pomade?
Just preference. I never use pomade but for hold on my crown butter works for me.

Castor oil. Everyone uses that to thicken their thin spots. That and biotin.

Did you do anything to soften your hair or is it the products you use
It’s the health of your hair that gives it softness. Keep it moisturized and clean. Don’t cake up on products and you’ll see the difference quick

My crown is SEVERELY to the right, so much so it’s the point wheee I don’t even bother to try beehive, I rock with 520, but I want to get into beehive. So my question is do you think it’s possible to move my crown to the center so I can start beehive?
