Kid everyone knows Texas 6A is not really 6A for real, it’s damn near JUCO ball. Texas 4A talent wise and enrollment wise is equivalent to the average 6A teams around the country
The private school divisions in Tennessee are for the most part better. There are 3 private school divisions. This same Oakland team lost to CPA (A Div 2 out of 3 private school) by 3 touchdowns. Our D2 3A (Baylor, MBA, McCallie, Brentwood Academy) those schools are a lot more physical usually have 3-4 Division 1 linemen on either side of the ball and have produced players like Texas A&M’s QB Marcel Reed, Jalen Ramsey, Derrick Barnett, Corn Elder, Ect. I mean the 2 of the best offensive Players on the San Francisco 49ers right now played against each other in Middle Tennessee in Juwaun Jennings and Jordan Mason. The odds of that occurring in a population that represents 1/10 of DFW much less the whole state of Texas shows the level of talent that exist. Anna Has an Enrollment of 1,500 kids which is 300 more students than the best 6A team in Tennessee this year Maryville. That aside, great game. Oakland has 7 skill position players with D1 Offers. Anna was very talented and had chances to put that game out of reach.
