This shows sometimes the most beautiful love in our life does not have to be a romantic love. Sometimes friends love us more than any lover will ever do. Friendship is a beautiful thing, even if it hurts. It's still worth having it in our life.
So true. This drama didn't even need a romantic story line because everything else it had was so powerful and the bromance was off the charts.
Epic and beautifully tragic, the friendship between Seon ho and Hwi was beyond words. Soul mates. They live for each other and die with each other.

I don't know if because it was on cable in korea and most people in korea only have free network tv. I do know that the show did not do a lot of PR with the drama and I don't know why, but everyone that has seen it, absolutely loved it.

The last episode had me sobbing for an hour, these two had my heart the entire drama
I suspected that one of them would die but when both did, I cried by eyes out. But, the way it was done was beautiful. Together in eternity.

Is it me or was their bond stronger than the romance part.
I loved their friendship I am so tired of dramas making the same romantic storylines I feel like I already know the storyline and just watch the beginning and end. My favorite dramas are friendship based dramas they need to know that strong bonds are not only about romantic love but also friendship
They're more intimate with each other than Hwi and Madam Han. My favorite scene was wen Hwi told Seonho to "rest now, I will follow you shortly" right before Seono died. That was both so sad and yet so sweet.

Both of them went through so much. I felt like hugging them. The pain they went through was so heart wrenching to the point of them wanting to take their own lives. I am glad that even through they came out together though tragically it was beautiful. They held each other and looked out for each other

This is an Epic historical drama and if you have not seen it, I suggest you go on Netflix and watched - a must see. The acting is first rate, the writing, production, music and direction are also first rate. The bromance will make you cry. Love Yang Seo Jong, so handsome, sexy and a great actor. Woo Do Hwan also handsome, sexy and a great actor. I really hope they work together again soon!!!

Thank you so much for making this FMV! These scenes and the song (!!!) perfectly describe their relationship. It's heartwrenching and painful to watch, but at the same time beautiful. Their friendship was beautiful 😭 and I'm so sad that they had to die, but I'm also glad that they died together and neither one was left behind to suffer.
There are not many FMVs for this drama so I'm even more thankful for your videos. I've been rewatching them the whole day, they're truly amazing!
