Hwi and Seonho ...*Sigh*.... went through a lot. The last episode was so hard to watch especially when I realized they were both going to die. I mean I always knew Seonho wasn't going to make it but Hwi was a shock to me. I should have seen it coming though.
The show was great and I'm probably going to rewatch it. But not now. This edit came out completely different from what I had in mind. There were so many scenes I wanted to include but didn't want to make the video too long.

Best bromance in any tv show/kdrama ever

It was quite blatantly a romance actually. Their intertwined narrative arcs and the star-crossed nature of their relationship just further proves what a Shakespearean romantic tragedy they were.
So I would say it really wasn't just a "bromance".
Woo Do Hwan has the best bromances with mostly all his male costars.
This drama hurt really badly. Seon Ho denying that he would actually risk anything for Hwi, leading to all the conflicts the both of them went through was painful to watch. Painful to watch two friends become enemies but in the end knowing they can't be without each other nor can they live without the other. Hurts the heart watching them both dying with each other. with Hwi's arm clasped around Seon Ho.
The worse thing was that I thought only one of them was going to die, so when I realised they both were on the road to doom, I couldn't stop crying. The last episode was one of the most heart-breaking episode I have ever watched in a drama.

yo pienso que seon ho estaba intentando proteger a hwi con las mismas estrategias de su padre ya que el conocia mejor que nadien sus astusias, pero hwi actuaba muy impulsivamente y no comprendia los metodos de seon ho, tambien para mantener la distancia entres lo dos. y que su padre no se diera cuenta para que no atentara contra la vida de su amigo hacia muchos cosa que herian hwi pero siempre buscaba preservar su vida, porque el confiaba tanto en las habilidades de hwi que aunque sabia que sufria a causa de el podia sobrevivir a las pruebas de su padre. seon estaba entre la espada y la pared su padre era cruel no sabia como resolver la enemistad entre su amigo y su padre, le era imposible escoger entre los dos, por ello sufria en silencio y nadien comprendia su proceder, en el camino muchas veces se confundio y perdio su rumbo pero al final encontro su camino al que realmente queria mantener a su lado era a hwi por eso lo acompaño hasta la muerte.
The scene where Seonha is dying in Hwi's arms was just tragic. You felt his pain and exhaustion it was heartbreaking. The River Flower music accompanying the movie was just brilliant. Loved this, one of the best series so far.
The ending was perfect. Dying in each others arms. Together forever for eternity. Soulmates
It hurts! Honestly it's better they are together in death. I cannot imagine an ending where hwi lives without seonho!!
I felt due to the poison hwi wasn't going to live much longer and I think they were both doomed no matter what.😭😭😭😭
Although this broke my heart to Pieces, it was probably the most beautiful death scene I've ever seen in a drama. They had the best bromance!!!
I literally can't move on from this show and these two. It will always hurt :'(

Hwi’s smile before he died was devastating and beautiful. He didnt want to die but forced a smile into his face to comfort Hee Jae. How to move on from that?

I don't understand the action of Seon Ho at all, I don't agree with anything that he did, he hurt Hwi so many times for no reason. Hwi has all the reasons for his action, but Seon Ho had none. He could have side with Hwi, help Hwi, but all he did was going against Hwi and slashed Hwi with his sword. Why did he hate Bang Won so much, because of the things that Bang Won said ? How stupid and immature ! I really hate Sean Ho in this drama.
He was probably under a very bad influence from his dad 😢

Imagine if he had married Yeon that’s the only plot this drama is missing if she didn’t die 😤😤 there’s no way he was that devoted to her after her death as a sister 😭 even if he was around other women or got everything he wanted would Yeon still be his soulmate or not?

@@zhanying1024 my only regret of the show ending part is that they use two episodes for the backstory of other characters, i expected a more action and a most heroic scene for the ending.
But their departation satisfies me.
