Y’all need to learn and stop just following what everyone else says lol it’s his preference not yours. I legit love all mags they all have their own task
On the valken hi cape it says wind it 35 times and it should clear the mag. Personally tho I get 3/4ths the mag before I have to rewind. But at that point I just switch mags
If you’re constantly winding you’re not using the high cap correctly. You want to wind it 20 30 times, until it gets hard to wind, you will get way more bbs before you have to wind again.
I understand why people prefer mid-caps, but to me, hicaps will always be more convenient and effective. I have 2 good quality hicaps for my specna arms m4, and a drum mag for my gbb m9. No need for more. If you still run out of ammo with that much ammo, ur wasting BBs
Thank you so much!! I have been wanting to get an m4 but didn’t know the difference in mags and dont like high caps. I hate how much noise they make and the winding is annoying
Im new to airsoft and this is the best review for the difference in the mags, And I 100% agree that the mid caps are far better, because yes you have 150 rounds less than a high cap. But you have 150 rounds on tap to just dump compared to 300 rounds but having wind after every 30 shots. Like to me the negatives of the high caps seem completely pointless.,
I bought a high cap gun for airsoft and always wondered why i had to go through the grueling process of the hi cap, I have a Gen 2 9" M4 SD Carbine Airsoft AEG Rifle lancer tactical, could I just buy a hi cap m4 based mag and would it work on that?
Absolutely, (if you meant getting a mid cap and wondering if it will work) the only difference between them is how many bullets they carry, but in my opinion mid caps are better if you just carry more of them (it depends on what you need), you dont make any sounds (the bbs just fly around the high cap mag and make noise), and you have the adventage of not having to scroll this god damn mechanism 24/7
I bought asg gun with hi cap can I buy mid cap now and it will work with it? I am asking because I heard that when you put mid cap in a gun that had hi cap at stock it can jam very often while shooting.
Can you send me a link to the gun? As long as the magazine fits fine it should feed good. Maybe search up people’s load outs with that gun and see if they are using mid caps.
@@kimjajestem6341 I think mid caps should work, or at least I don’t see a reason why they shouldn’t. My Colt Microswitch M4 came with a 300rd high cap and my 6mm Pro Shop 140rd mag works great with it.
No, don’t worry about that. But you need to make sure the mag fits since every once in a while there are fitment issues. Just search up your gun and see what mags people use and what fits.
@@surrealreviews thing is I got a valken mod-M and the magazine input thingys (I forgor it’s name) got a notch on the back for the bump on the back of the mag. So is there any others mags with the notch on the back or is it just a compatibility thing.
when I push down on the speedloader, the bbs already in the mag will pop out into the speedloader chamber. I have to push down and take off the loader then repeat to fill the mag. anyone knows how to fix it?
Ok so I bought some hi-caps but didn’t like them so I asked my mom if I could buy some mid-caps because it’s my money but she said I have to shoot my hi-caps more to be sure even though I ALREADY shot them and decided I don’t like them, what should I do?
Test your high caps first because some can get 100 rounds before having to wind again, if you're only getting around 20 to 30 it's because you're not winding enough, don't stop winding when the bbs reach the top, around 15 seconds of constant winding should do the trick.
I hate hi caps so much, I don’t want to wind up my mag every 10 shots or have it not cycle consistently. I don’t care if I can only have 30 rounds, I’d rather reload 10 times than wind it up 30 times

High caps still aren’t bad, at least you don’t have to worry about running out of ammo!
Same here😢

I wide up ill 3 before and re wined all of them when thay need it
I love this review, it’s very honest and helpful.
Thanks for the info. Pretty new to airsoft and I didn’t know the difference. Definitely need some mid caps.
For most high caps, you can actually load the spring to full tension. See you won’t have to re-scroll
This is an old comment but can you explain how?

so i've been using hi-caps wrong... i used to wind like 5 times per mag
The pain in his voice talking abt the speed loader🤣
But fr great vid!
3:20 not true! if you wind your mag enough you can get around 100 rounds before having to wind again.

Tactical maracas 🤠
My recommendation is to get 1 hi cap and maybe 3 to 5 mid caps
Start your game with your hi cap. When that runs out switch to your mid caps 🎉🎉🎉
Glad I watched this before buying my Cyma thank you good sir!

I didn’t know you needed to wind them. I feel dumb. For a long time I thought my mag was no good…
thank you
Just thanks!

Mid caps are always the best
so I side getting a Mid-Cap for realism (and cause I broke my High-Cap with a speedloader).

How do I empty a mid cap mag
Pull back the little tab where the bbs feed. Be careful though because then they all shoot out.
