Good video, but you missed one factor. As ultras go to max, you only get star tokens from them and not babies. This means that the value of a chest multipliers goes down based on the probability that a chest will give only star tokens and not babies. A star token is only worth about 1/3rd of a baby. This means that the answer to where you should put your coins will vary depending on how many ultras are maxed in each category, and will also effect where you should be spending your multipliers (since so many commons now go to ultimate, compared to rares and epics).
