damn, jessica's zeonic front testimony is literally just "-Ex-Zeon One Year War veteran, on the first time they encountered a gundam on the battlefield, Circa UC 0108.

Then there is me who is enjoying these stories.
I've always liked mecha since i was a kid, Escaflowne, Gundam, Transformers, etc I need to watch Gaogaigar someday. I have gotten into the model kits as well and for each series i've watched Ill build a Model kit from that series. Yes i do have the God Gundam
If you love Transformers and G Gundam you will probably declare GaoGaiGar your new favorite series after you finally see it. Also Nobuyuki Hiyama, aka "We have Tomokazu Seki at home" is the voice of the main character, which is always fun.

So my first _real_ exposure to Gundam was Wing like most of us who remember Toonami fondly, and I was still just young enough that the melodrama seemed kinda cool. My real robot thing had been Macross because we all grew up with Robotech. But when I dug deep into UC Gundam (half the franchise) it's deep and depressing and very good. Then there's all the rest because Bandai likes selling toys, and toys are for kids or so they tell me. 😅
But then there's G Gundam which seems like it's the cheesiest most ridiculous Gundam of them all. And then you peel back a layer and there's some important social commentary in there that gets missed by the most casual look, but there's more layers! Keep peeling and it becomes something truly special.

Umm Aktually 🤓 Its A Gundam's helmet is probably a reference to the Crossbone Gundam🤓 since its got the skull and crossbones like the Crossbone Gundam, although it isnt in every thumbnail.
