Thanks for all your videos. Which cane is your favorite? Which would you recommend? Is there any summery of all the reviews? Kind of a bottom line conclusion after you've checked them all? A "staff pick" sort of say?
Davidka I'd have to say the Ten Shin. Just the right length, and is slingable with parachord (I made a modification video showing how to make one). It's my go to stick for both walking and self defense if need be.
Hi, what is the name of the NINTH stick in from the left, as I don't see it in the current Cold Steel lineup? It looks to be the most practical weight for EDC in the city,...especially "if" it's all one piece Polypropylene. Thanks, Joe T Ti Rod Tactical
Ah,...thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately,...sword canes are quite illegal in the sovereign gulag State of New York. :-( A shame really, as the size and shape would make a great EDC City walking stick if made in solid Polypropylene.
Hi my son is getting me a ten shin I'm really looking forward to getting it I'm 5 11 do you think I will need to cut it down a little or will it be ok as it is many thanks. Keep the great review's coming
mark Lawrence it may still be a bit tall for u, but it just depends on what ur comfortable with. If u like walking with it as is, that's fine but if u wish to cut it down, u can do that too, but be aware that at a certain length, the rubber tip may not fit on the cut portion. I think around 6 to 9 inches is where refitting the rubber ferrule may be a issue, just so u know.
Hello. I just got to tell you about the best "crooked cane" for self-defense that I have EVER SEEN ! It even blows away the Ka-Bar Aluminum cane ! It's made by a gentleman who has a UA-cam site called "Southern ARC Welding & Design." This cane is made out of 1/2 inch pipe schedule 40. It's a wide crook cane like the one's that are used in Hapkido but it's made out of STEEL !!!! Plus it doesn't scream "WEAPON !!!!" The price is around the same as the Ka-Bar as far as I can tell. Please check him out ! Take Care Now.
Awesome collection!
Wow you have so many !! God bless you sir may angels bless you and guide and protect you always
I like that group of canes you got , that's a very good collection of Cold Steel Brand Canes. 👍
You are really a big fun of cold steel ranges.
I'm enjoying your videos on the walking sticks.
Any update in 2021?
Which one would you choose between the African walking stick and the Walkabout stick
The walkabout cuz the knob feels more comfortable to me.

Joseph Tousignant its the heavy duty sword cane, very reliable as a self defense weapon. A bit weighty but can definitely get the job done.
