I will say i am not AI Guru, i kinda know very little, but from the limited abount of info i have, i do know AI is not that close to real AI at all.. AI will never really work, because no matter the code you make, and have it make for itself, you lag things like senses and feelings, and without those, you cant make real AI.. You can talk all day about what AI is, but AI as in Artificial Intelligence is really not possible in a computer.. you can make a computer answer questions all day long, and even make a computer create questions itself to answer, but that is not AI at all, that is a very fancy random generator.. you dont see computers answering 2 self-generated questions and from the result of those questions, it but itself feel the need to research more.. No, AI today only work because of the internet and what it can read there.. if everything written on the internet was wrong, the AI today would never know.. So, i don't usually mind about those things, and i absolutely understand where opinions like that come from. But right now, at this moment, transgender healthcare and rights are being taken away by fearmongering and misinformation.
Im saying this because i know many people aren't even aware of whats going on. People who mean well, but can't even do something.

So at first, it was for children (even if that didn't listen to every single medical associations), so they can't transition.
Also, drag stuff can also be harmful for children, maybe they'll turn gay, so drag is banned from any places where a child could possibly see it (drag, surgically described in the bill as pretty much anything they want it to mean, so basically, wearing anything that could kinda be traditionally conforming to the other gender is illegal, considered child abuse)
(side note for the don't say gay bill, which would criminalize even just talking about any kind of sexual attraction that isn't heterosexual, any gender identity that isn't standard, or anything like that. Basically keeping young people as unaware and distant from all of it as possible)
