Wow I'm from Jamaica🇯🇲 next to Haiti and this man Barbecue gave me a history listen, he said because Haiti was the first country to achieve independence, "anywhere you came from in the world as a slave, once you arrived in Haiti you are a free man and no longer a slave"; that was so powerful I didn't know that. The inequality and marginalization that's going on in Haiti is caused by bankers and those very corrupt politicians.
This man Barbecue understands warfare. He has a lot of experience and wisdom, they did the same thing to Muammar Gaddafi in Libya and Sadam Hussein in Iraq, made them to look like the people causing all the problems in their country and painted them as the terrorist when in fact USA is the criminal that went in and steal their oil and minerals.

Man... See the Anfal Campaign led by Hussein for an ethnical genocide against the Kurds (truly revolutionaries), and see Gaddafi role in the killing of Thomas Sankara. Those man ain't no fucking heroes, they're shit, vermin, that painted themselves as liberators, please don't compare them with true revolutionaries. And yes media did a lot of things to invade their countries, that's bullshit, because US doesn't care about the genocide that Hussein did, they care about oil that's clear, but man... It's like, liking Putin, Assad (that in his coalition has the Social Nationalist Party of Syria, familiar hu?) and I don't know other stupid fucker opportunist. So again, Gaddafi and Hussein were monsters, but US invade their countries because of oil, cause they don't care about genocide, they support Israel, Saudi Arabia, and others. But again, going against US doesn't make you a hero, again take the infos I passed, and look at other US enemies like HITLER!!! Or Putin.

Gaddafi was an idealist with good intentions, but later, he did terrible things. There was a civil war in Lybia where half of nation was fighting the other half controlled by Gadaffi even before USA interfered. This unfortunately happens to a lot of people "the path to hell is often paved with good intentions". I think its important to show the whole picture, not just say Gaddafi was a good guy, USA made him terrorist and invaded - end of story. Thats BS and its much more complex. History made him martyr, so everyone now forgets that he got really crazy in his later years.

A master piece of documentary. You went beyond the ordinary to show a tragic reality about Haitians, who are the classic victims of cruel racial discrimination. Shame on those western powers, who exploit the fragility of a noble people, and profit on the misery of this entire nation. God have mercy on Haiti, and help them to find true peace, freedom and a better life. Thank you Greek.

For those who dont know, the Dominican Republic's president is also a Lebanese man. His grandparents arrived as refugees with foreign money buying their father a good lifestyle most Dominicans can't afford. He also started a University. He couldn't be President , by law requirements (to be a Dominican), so he settled for Senator & had his wife (Lebanese) birth their child on the Dominican Republic soil but then took him back home to get his culturing in the early stages. The President also married a Lebanese woman (Raquel Arbaje Soni; Arbaje is of Lebanese origin. Common to those refugees that moved to DR) , not a Dominican woman. All this is per The Lebansese times (media site), as his home town in Lebanon celebrated his winning of Presidency over the Domincans.......... And his family have secured the resources of the other half ot the Hispanola Isla for the Lebanese bloodlines. I hope the guy has enough empathy for Dominicans to help the people but.................. we'll see.

Not only was Haiti the first country to recognise the Helenic Republic after the uprise & liberation from the Turkic tribes, but also sent Haitian soldiers to help in the revolution. Unfortunately these Haitian men died in transit, however the Greeks will never forget this and will always be grateful. Also, very important to mention that the Haitian uprise and victory in 1804 was the catalysts for the independence of the whole of Latin America from the Spanish. Had it not been for Haiti , Simon Bolivar would not had liberated the greater Colombia ( modern day Venezuela Colombia Equador & Panama.) Well done for this video, it should be an eye opener for most viewers. I have been through Haiti several times since the 2010 earthquake and the UN imported colera epidemic.
