yes! there’s a restaurant i used to go to called pasta garage that used to be an old garage building. not quite a garage attached to a house but still lol. it had the glass garage doors and everything
OMG I just realized we can now build Korean-inspired small restaurants at "the side of the road", as the ground floor of the house of someone's grandma 😱 it's way more realistic with the new pack
i used to live in a neighborhood that had exactly a restaurant that way, but instead of being in the garage it was just on the outside of the home. they made tipical street food from my country and barbecue in brazilian style, really good food
As an ex chef the only thing I do not like is the over cluttered kitchen. Usually in a chef's kitchen we have pretty clean/clear counters to be able to prep food on.

As someone whose been in the food industry since they were 17 yes you can absolutely get food poisoning from a chef not washing their hands according to serv safe(the certifying standard of food service) it's one of the like biological hazards[other biological hazardsare like hair or saliva im your food](other things can be chemical hazards(think like someone leaving a cleaner for the counters near your food)and physical hazards (hair in your food which is also a biological ,or something in your food that doesn't belong there).
