Thanks for making a Very nice video, to the point, well done. A small correction at 2:56 that in diabetics and hypertensive patients the lenticulostriae arteries form microatheromas and lipohylanosis that leads to thrombotic small vessel occlusion or infarction instead of rupture as mentioned in the video.

So if someone has lenticulostriate MCA stroke, He will more probably have motor dysfunction rather than somatosensory dysfunction? (as the lenticulostriate a. supply mainly the corticospinal tract)
