It is! We (I have) been getting spoiled by the rolling action sports stuff this week. Session up date. I finally decided to download rollerdrome... sheeessh!!! And Shredders has more of the mountain coming next week. I'm psyched.

Using manual catch is so much better looking for tricks but is weird to get used to at first the best way to not over rotate the flip is to use the joystick in directional mode in my opinion.

I can't personally justify buying DLC after DLC (regardless of how good or bad they are) when the original game still is insanely buggy and has such a weak map. I think they played themselves in the long run by focusing so much on the historic skate spots and not making a map that flowed well together without spawning in a new location. The historic spots are sick when you know the history around them, but they aren't that fun to skate endlessly imo. I just wish the original map wasn't so half-assed and filled with jersey barriers and police cars everywhere.

Can anyone explain to me how he was able to use a VR headset in this game? I’m new to that whole experience and I’d like to try and learn how to adapt something like that into my gameplay.
Look up some videos on the UEVR mod. You can throw yourself into almost any Unreal Engine game with it.

im a skaterxl player that absolutely hates session any tips to try to get into it
Just try and play it for a while it's a little bit hard at the beginning but it's so rewarding when you get better. I played skater xl first and had the same thoughts about session like you.

Just use autocatch and left/right foot and get used to the feel of stuff. Casual grind mode with grind alignment way up. Having good truck tightness and turn settings will also be a game changer.

One thing that's been keeping me off VR is the shake. When watching VR footage, there is always this microshake. I'm pretty sure we don't shake our heads in real life, is this as visible in the headset? Is it visible at all? What's the deal? Is it something one gets used to?
There’s no shake in the headset at all. It’s only like that on the monitor view. A lot of games have a ‘smooth’ display mode so you wouldn’t see this happen on the display mode either, but this is a mod and I haven’t quite figured all its features out yet
Yo Milky, are they not allowing face scan into the game still? Just purchased XL and Session. No longer see it
You just gotta find someone that's willing to do it or learn it yourself. Would probably be best to ask someone who has a face scan that you like cause the results will vary. XL is definitely possible but I've never had my face in Session so not too sure on that one.

nice dude , manual catch and left foot righ foot is a must. try big drop inputs on , makes jumping down stairs a nice challenge rather than being way too easy

The thing with Session is that it's just really flipping hard to get some good looking stuff, if you don't do everything perfectly, it will look a bit whack
they haven't. maybe 3 years from now session will actually you know...look decent animation wise.
