As I was saying to Kayla, below in a comment, I guess you are Sara. Congratulations again on your comprehensive, excellent, accurate etc, Taekook document. I know BTS like 8 months ago, TK too. And although I knew most of the moments, it is so nice to see everything chronologically, with images, links. Something that left me amazed was knowing that Jk was the first to fall in love, I always thought that since Tae is so affectionate and demonstrative, it had been him who first fell in love with Jk. As for the theories, I think that even without them, TK is real, because more than theories, they are hypotheses, which have not been proven, and the Jkk also has them. After organizing the document chronologically, they also organized it by topic, very interesting. It only remains to wait if they will go out or not. The truth I do not want, for the well-being and tranquility of them, I understand that living in hiding, secretely his love is difficult, but facing, family, friends, society, fans, I think it is difficult, distressing, facing trials, attacks, hatred, devaluation of them as people, artists, because I have read it. Hi I'm a fairly new taekooker but an old army from 2014. Tbh I never believed any of the boys would ever be "not straight" and further more be a couple. IDK how it happened but during BWL era I just started seeing Taekook like really seeing them and I did my own research but most UA-cam videos are delulu dramatic shit so I just did my own research. There was a lot of confusion I had but your timeline put a lot in perspective. I still have questions but not regarding if taekook are a couple cause I'd be blind to not see that but just about outside factors. The company, their families, friends but I have no doubt in my mind one day they'll show us and tell us their story. I really am so sad to see our fandom full of blind asf homophobes and hipocrites who bristle at the mere mention of Taekook and I really pray that more people can open their minds so we can all be there to support these boys in their most time of need. Hi. I just wanted to say wow. Just wow. The timeline was amazing! I never really believed taekook and preferred jikook more (I didn’t ship jimin and jungkook or anyone romantically actually). I stumbled across the timeline because I was bored and watching some taekook videos for fun. At first, it just seemed like over analyzing, but after reading it all through it made TOO MUCH sense. Like I’ve seen all these moments before but when I specifically focused on jungkook and taehyung everything changed. Thanks to the timeline it was all neatly and orderly put, so all these moments made sense! I really want to thank you for your hard work, I hope more people can see this and open their eyes like how I did, instead of telling us to “get out of our imagination, it’s not a good place.” I hope they can come out (obviously it’s their decision) and know they will be safe because army will support them! Heck I don’t even ship taekook. I support them 💜

Hey! Had the opportunity to read the timeline. Must say it's indeed well prepared. A lot of things which I had uncertainties about, made sense through this timeline. And I know that you had mentioned that they are speculations and theories for now, but it's good to come across ones that are well thought out and reasonable. I really hope more people will be open to reading this timeline, because simply discarding and dismissing all their interactions as fanservice or as delusional shipping is also unfair. Refusing to acknowledge the obvious also equals to being delusional imo.
Also, I have been having this thought lingering on my mind since then, as you mentioned, since bh and taekook seem to be planning to come out in the near future, won't it be sensible to amass as much of support, as possible, atleast within the fandom?
But with all the recent aggressive promotion of other ships aren't they simply catalysing the hate through shipwars? Therefore making the coming out harder than it already is?
Though tae and Jk seem to want to acknowledge their relationship, based on their recent interactions ( also tae's epic call during Jk and jm's vlive 😂) but bh's stance seems to be confusing for some reason. Really doesn't make sense!

It’s always nice to hear our intent came off well🥰It does seem silly to me that people refuse to acknowledge the obvious. And I totally agree that could also be considered a form of delusion😂There is way too much going on between those two that can’t be explained away as friendship😅I don’t care how people want to excuse it away as close friends or skin ship or fan service (esp when BH tries to hide them lol)...like no. Stop😅
To be honest, for me personally, BH has been quite confusing lately. We’re def seeing residuals from the old contract in the footage we’re getting, since it’s all older content. But I do agree if BH is supporting and helping Tk come out, that some of their methods appear to be confusing😌Tae and Jk def take a lot of opportunities to acknowledge taekook supporters. The fact that Jikook only read a few comments and Jk chose one mentioning Tae made me soft, as did Tae recently replying again to a bunny and tiger emoji user on Weverse🥰they do their best to heavily hint at how special the other is to him. but I totally agree that the company’s stance is confusing😪

The Jk jm vlive kind of only reinstated my belief in taekook. The easy going vibe of Jk and jm's vlive was exactly how it should be between two band mates who have known each other for over a decade now (compared to taekook's where Jk was a little too cautious. And still nobody wonders why! 😜) Except for that one moment, when Jk was caught off guard and his immediate response was to pull away as soon as jm brought his face too close to him. This kind of made me think in spite of what the company feeds us or however it is made to look, Jk still has some strong boundaries when it comes to his personal space. And that such close proximity is exclusive only to a certain someone.
Also, I was suprised to find out that the part from the book CMBYN that tae choose to read out on his vlive was actually a very subtle coming out scene in the book too. So him reading that same excerpt during the pride month almost felt like him subtly hinting a coming out too.
As the company's stance becomes even more confusing than ever, I really hope whatever they do they don't drive these two to the verge of another breakdown. Because the kind of tactics they played on these boys back then from forceful separation to keeping them apart (the whole wings tour was such a cruel thing to do. It must have left such a harsh impression on their minds. Sometimes I think the pettiness tae directs towards the management is a cumulative effect of many such instances) so, I don't see the management being able to get away or even pull off a similar thing again without some serious consequences.
Laksh Vikram hi there again! My apologies for a delayed response. I’m just now seeing your reply💜the jikook vlive was sooo telling wasn’t it? You can tell that Tae and Jk were more aware of their actions around each other - a BIG hint. Plus Jk definitely demonstrated again in the Jm - Jk vlive that he has boundaries that can’t be crossed. It was a very sweet vlive seeing Tae baby talk Jk🤧
I loved the monologue Tae chose to read in CMBYN. How fitting is it that it’s about living your life on your terms and no one else’s? And the next day he’s on Weverse saying he wants to be happy too?
I honestly think Jk and Tae are getting progressively bolder in their hints, especially since your eyes tell has come out. CO is on their time table but it does seem like they want to, and the hints are their way of leading towards that announcement. Well see!💜
I’ll admit BH also confuses me at times😅and they did a disservice the way they edited tk in past videos. They have been showing more tk moments recently so I’m curious to see how it goes going forward, since it’s still a little too early in the new contracts to tell 😕

We are currently discussing different topics that you brought up and we agreed that Tae seemed sad in the Halloween video. We have already changed that. Thank you for pointing it out 💜 We had a lot of moments to review while doing the timeline so please understand if there were some inaccuracies that escaped us. We try to keep making it better as time goes by as well as adding information that we didn’t have time to include or that we thought needed further pondering. Tae’s family loses are a sensitive subject so we will think about it and carefully include them in the timeline. You are right by saying it must have had some effect in taekook’s relationship, especially his grandma’s death. Partially resuming their previous romance as a result of grieving could be a possibility. We will consider it!
About summer package 2015, I do remember that Joon tried to make Tae open up to him and I consider it very relevant. It shows that Joon had suspicions that tae was keeping a secret, but tae really didn’t want to talk about it so Joon failed in his attempt. That is definitely something that we will eventually add. I personally don’t know if BTS chose their rooms. I’m inclined to think that they did. Maybe vmin packed together cause they were roommates back in their dorm and they didn’t really decide what they would do once arriving to the hotel. They packed very little stuff anyways so maybe they didn’t give it importance.
kathdu67 About Tae going though difficult time by himself in late 2016/early 2017...Yes I agree. He did say though that he cried to jimin while having a hard time filming hwarang - which he finished filming the 31st of August around the time he broke up with Jungkook - so I think that Tae chose to rely on Jimin instead of Jungkook because his relationship with Jungkook was also something that worried him and probably thought he was being irresponsible by letting it happen. He is the hyung so he had more weight on his shoulders. Maybe that’s why he pushed jk away while relying on jimin. It was just a lot of things happening a the same time: hwarang, him & jk, his grandma prob being sick before dying...In bangtan attic he recently said that BTS has taught him to be in touch with his feelings so now he probably does share how he feels with Jungkook. In general they seem to have a much more mature and healthy relationship.
Tae said that in August/September of 2018 he started being truly happy, but he wasn’t just sad cause of his grandpa’s death in july. He had been sad for a while because Suga wrote him that letter in early 2018 when tae and jk were feeling extremely low (maybe other members too but they didn’t receive a letter so taekook must have been the most sad). It must have been also linked to them being in an homophobic country and not just their problems with bottling up emotions.

Thank you! We’re both so glad you found the timeline informative❣️we have not done timelines for other BTS members and we don’t plan to. We strongly believe in taekook as a romantic couple and built the timeline to show, objectively, why we believe in them. It’s all subjective but, in our opinion, we do not believe there is another couple within BTS, therefore we wouldn’t build a timeline for them. It’s probably a good thing we only see Taekook as a couple and no one else because it is quite exhaustive at times researching and building moments (😅)But we enjoy working on the timeline immensely and love hearing others do 🥺💜
Hi, I'm going over the analysis atm and I want to congratulate you guys for your hard work of putting together all these interactions. I'm currently on year 2016, and I noticed something that wasn't mentioned. Only July 12 when Tae was on VLive and went to JK's room with his white & black robe on, I noticed Tae was wearing the same, if not exact, robe the next day while eating with some members, including JK himself (chest exposure incident). I recall this being mentioned in one Taekook video. Is there really a significance to it or is this robe very common in Korea, or simply provided to all BTS members that it wasn't worth mentioning in your analysis?
Same year, around August, where you guys mentioned about their individual songs and Tae's Stigma being the only song Namjoon hasn't discussed what it was about, I'd like to make mention JK's Begin instead. Back in 2019 during the 5th Muster in Busan when the boys were asked to request/write down their healing song, JK chose Begin. And before it was played, he mentioned that "V-Hung will be moved by this song." Personally, I feel this was a confirmation that Begin was about Tae AND his other hyungs. Depending on the translation, there's a line that says 'Love you my brother, thanks to my brothers'. Note that he used both singular and plural forms of the word brother. Then again in the line 'I feel like I'm going to die when hyung is sad, when hyung is in pain it hurts more than when I'm in pain... ' and the next lines that follow it, JK again used the singular form of brother, assuming he was referring to one particular brother who was sad. I've seen a video analysis of this song and it mentions that this particular verse may be related to the passing of Tae's grandma, though I'm not sure of the timeline - whether the song was made first or grandma's passing - but both events happened close to each other (same year in 2016).

As far as the robes go, I am assuming here - but I think it’s just the standard issued hotel robes. Most hotels that I’m aware of have a couple robes per room. So I never really paid much attention because I believed they were the hotel offered ones.
For begin, I have heard the theory brother = Tae and brothers = all members but I’m not fully certain. Sara is a lot stronger at lyric interpretation. As you said, since Begin would’ve been written around the time of Stigma, since both were for the Wings album, and Tae struggled with his grandma passing in 2016, it’s a reasonable theory that’s why Tae’s sad. Though I’m uncertain what came first off the top of my head. I think the songs came first but please don’t quote me! I’m not sure if I’d stake Tae’s sadness 100% fully on his grandma, though that was a definite hardship. I think 2016 was a really hard time for Tae for a multitude of reasons 🥺

He broke psy's record with his unpromoted song sweet nights. So like you guys said I don't think world will allow people to hurt bts when they reveal their true self.
I wish people who blame us for shipping two men see this time line. Can they spent hours to read this? Can they wonder how much evidence we had about taekook? Can they understand that all taekookers are not 13 year old delulu shippers?

As far as Tae and mistreatment - I’m speaking for me and Sara, since we just discussed this. We both believe Tae was mistreated by BH at times, but not just him. It’s obvious some of the other members had mistreatment moments as well. Now why exactly Tae was mistreated is all speculation. But as far as his relationship with Jk, in the beginning, Sara and I don’t think BH were necessarily on board. BTS weren’t that big and taekook we’re younger. So we think BH tried to keep taekook a secret in different ways as a form of protection (for everyone - taekook, BTS and BH ). They also protected them because they couldn’t discern if this was a phase / fling. Now, the years have passed and it’s clear taekook is not a phase / fling, and BTS are globally successful, so they have international protection and backing. Because of that, and contracts being negotiated in BTS’ favor, BH isn’t inclined to keep hiding away taekook, hence why we see them freer and more open (yay!). So to answer, no, we don’t think BH were necessarily supportive of taekook for a few reasons, but now with how successful they are and the fact the relationship has stood the test of time and the ups and downs, it’s a nonissue

There is some thoughts that wandering about bts in my mind.
Since Jin is 27 he will enlist to military this year right? And what will happen to rest of bts? Also yoongi too, so would there will be more solo or subunit projects by them? I have a feelings that bts won't be all 7 for few years.
Another thing is if they come out when all the seven are together would it will effect others? Like people will focus only on them in group and constantly bugging them with qustions about relationship? Its like Iam having difficulties to imagine bts functioning with a couple in them.
Bighit also have a habit of planning things ahead of time so these secrets, eyes, little prince are Just a next step in a ladder to coming out which is six or seven years away?
I truly appreciate you guys for analysing their individual popularity. Especially taehyung, he is praised for being cultural icon of Asia. Some critics even said he may reach the level of paul McCartney of beatles. They praise him for changing the view of masculinity being the definition of handsome man.
If he release his mixtape I'm sure it will be another level.
As for Jk he also seems to have immense influence on people but I can't predict how would be his Solo career. Right now he is the face biggest boy band in world.
When taekook coming out happens Iam truly afraid how his solo fans react. I've read heartfelt messages of armies to him with tears in my eyes. The way they envy his future wife and ask to that girl to take care of him😢😢 its so affectionate.
But I don't think kookie is that afraid of society, at 23 he got his arm covered with tattoo when it is a big no no for idols. And at grammy's wasn't he brave, showing to whom his handsome man belongs?

So I'm sure of taekook coming out. BH on its way to rule kpop and they will get a revolutionary image for lgbtq support.

Our guess, as members enlist, is yes, subunits and solo work. As far as scrutiny, yes coming out will mean people get curious and want to ask questions. From my understanding on how celebrity interviews work, they tend to send a list of questions beforehand for the artist to review and/or the artist can make it clear what he/she doesn’t want to discuss. I imagine this applies for BTS as well, so they’d just tell the interviewer beforehand not to discuss this. If the interviewer wants credibility and integrity for future opportunities, they honor it💜
Yes, BH does plan things ahead of time! Sara and I think TK coming out has been planned since 2018. That’s when the tour messages started - love yourself, speak yourself. Bang PD tweeted a rainbow lit arena. BTS lyrics and messages started reflecting as much. Even this month the things we’ve seen! The rainbow backdrop for BBC, Yoongi making Dorothy genderless for the wizard of Oz reading. BTS/BH have been steadily showing support for LGBTQ. For us personally, and this is speculation, but we think they’d come out sooner than later. Especially now that Tae has read off the CMBYM dialogue about living life on your terms and no one else’s, and then he was on Weverse saying he wants to be “happy too🥺”. We believe they link and we believe Tae is tired of hiding. Jk seems to be more stoic (and bolder lately- as you said, the Grammys is one example of many! ) but based on Tae‘a actions those 2 days last week, we think it’ll happen sooner than later. But it’s theory. We could be wrong! It just seems like a lot of puzzle pieces point that way.
I’m sure the solo fans will react negatively but they’ll have to get over it. Truly, TK (or anyone in BTS) can’t worry about appeasing everyone because that is not possible. They need to focus on their happiness and if someone has an issue they can exit💜I totally agree that Jk has gotten bolder, from the nape kiss at the airport for Tae’s bday to slowly showing his tattoos more. 2)Why would they keep give us hints about something that doesn't even exist?

4)A man that is a professional BL Specialist told us that Taekook are MOST LIKELY together (in the Taekook Video he said "Taekookers Congratulations!" but after all the Jikookers came he said that Taekook are "most likely" together (and we all know what most likely means) bc hes such a kind man and dont wanted Jikookers to feel bad).
5) All the Vlives that went wrong/not like planed.

6)I am pretty sure that Taehyung dont really have interessed at girls bc cmon show me one time he was really flirting with a girl.
And Jungguk said that the grapes are more interessting that girls. Or when a few good looking girls danced in front of him and he felt uncomfortable af (based on BL) and most of the song he was cover were about Homosexuality or from a LGBTQ+ singer.

Hi (again - because I’m talking to you on Peach’s channel too)💜I’m a co-collaborator with Sara on the timeline. I absolutely love this comment and everything you have said I 100% agree with. I think people forget BTS are human. Why would they want to forever hide who they are and who they love? It’s important in LGBTQ to come out. They will want to come out. Tae isn’t loud in his support of the community for nothing! And I firmly believe the members are supportive. They’ve said enough in their comments and lyrics to show as much.
People who explain away or dismiss the way they act are honestly frustrating for me. There is too much tension and moments of jealousy between them that are not platonic. BH separating them when they’re so popular? Changing subtitles, hiding them? The 123 theory makes no sense for just a friendship. It’s a shame people refuse to see.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens once the new contracts come into play next month 🙈but i think taekook has the power to change Korea, and I think them coming out will be more of a positive than a negative. I’m sooo glad to read someone else agrees with us 🥰

Hi! We’ve updated part 2 of the timeline for June 13 to reflect our views on why we *think* he may be down. Please keep in mind it’s theory on our end, though we’ve, again, used evidence to support our thinking. From a personal standpoint, granted were only privy to a fraction of their lives, but the fact that Tae just was on Weverse a few days ago saying “I want to be happy too🥺” is an indicator he may still be battling through some things, unfortunately🙁he did seem happier at BBC but I can’t shake the Weverse comment.

Regz V hi! I just got done watching it and mulling it over. Haven’t spoken to Sara so thoughts are my own. Personally, it sucks ship wars have made it to the point people on social media get ugly when there’s a taekook or jikook vlive 🥺any other pairing wouldn’t garner this attention. Some of the lewd comments were disgusting, as it’d be for any pairing getting that type of trash directed to them. I’m not sure why some are sexualizing Jimin asking Jk how he likes his eggs. I know the expression “how do you like your eggs in the morning” but Jimin was literally cooking eggs after he asked that lol. So I don’t get how people made that sexual. My two take aways:
1) jk did appear uncomfortable with Jm invading his space after the eggs comment based on body language. Some say he just gay panicked. They’re entitled to think that. I saw Jk visibly shift away. All members are touchy but sometimes they don’t want a member in their bubble and this was one moment (there was a time Jk moved Jin’s hand off his knee so he’s done it to other members).
2) I do believe Tae called twice. The vlive didn’t translate it but some say Tae mentioned on speaker calling “again” and after watching the vlive it makes sense for me. Jk goes off camera at one point. I think the staff signaled Tae calling when Jk looked in that direction and got up and off camera. Because when Tae goes on speaker, Jk doesn’t seem surprised to hear from him, indicating he knew Tae was going to call “again”. Now, why the call ended abruptly is anyone’s guess. I’m just as confused about that. If the staff was cool with the call, was it the staff who cut it short and if so why? Or did the call truly drop?
What sucks is the hate Tae got after. I agree it was disrespectful. Jk asked him what he’s up to. Tae didn’t just randomly volunteer that he was making music. Jk was the one who asked him what he was up to and Tae just answered truthfully. It’s a shame ship wars have created such animosity when we’re supposed to be OT7 and appreciative of all the members’ bond 🥺this should’ve been a cute vlive and some couldn’t behave 😥
I don’t think BH is back to hiding Tk like some are now claiming. If this was any other member with Jk, people wouldn’t say this. I’m still debating my thoughts on BH - since they have shown they’re supportive on multiple occasions but also can be confusing - but for now I’ll just say I truly in my heart don’t believe Tk would’ve renewed the contract and, in essence, sold their souls for 7 long years of unhappiness solely for more money and fame. That is a long time to be unhappy just for more wealth. Money isn’t everything. They are human. People seem to forget that. And BH wants them to be human. These are “assets” in a way that bring them money. They don’t want their biggest assets suffering. Tae flat out said in “bring the soul” BTS could’ve went higher in their careers but chose happiness. And I firmly believe with their fame the contracts were negotiated in their favor. Time will show what the benefits are. But I’m not so sure I agree with the few taekookers saying that it seems BH is hiding Tk “again”. That’s my initial thought but I’m still debating and want to see where things go before I get firmer. My opinion is fluid with this lol🙈
