- Hi! I am so glad you're here. I hope you decide to subscribe and stick around. My name is Christy. I am mama to 6 children and also have a wonderful step-son Alex and a step-son in heaven, Jimmy. We are a Christian, homeschooling family. We just moved onto a 2.5 acre homestead fixer upper. I am a registered nurse and homemaker. We share our lives here on UA-cam as well as videos on homemaking and homeschooling. It is my hope that you find encouragement here. I am not a perfectly curated channel and I do not stage my videos. I am just a mom living a real life and bringing you along with me. I hope you feel less alone in the journey with me by your side. I have been following your channel for many years. Your modest clothing hauls are my absolute favorite. I love the fact that you mostly wear modest dresses and skirts. I especially admire your wearing scrub skirts to work.

I love to hear updates of you and your family. Would it be possible to hear some anecdotes from your professional career? My mom was a nurse, and till this day I love her stories. She’ll be 83 years old next October

I know where you are! Good old Western Blvd! In Jacksonville! Most people run screaming from getting station at Camp Lejeune but not us! This is our 3rd time! It feels like home to me! Even though we’re in Sneads Ferry J’ville is only 30 minutes from us. Y’all need to go to Mikes Farm in the fall! Your littles will absolutely love it!

We’ve got 3 more years of active duty service with the USMC. We’re talking about settling down in the general area. But we want land. We don’t belong in a neighborhood 😅😆
