So what must I do. 3) what kind of fertiliser (NPK 18,19 or 20) must I use and also the frequency of use. Please help at the earliest. I have tried so hard but not got so far.

You have to bury cotton bag deep inside the soil , you can use fully decomposed cow dung

Dont fertilize with liquid fertilizer .....put the fertilizer in cotton bag and insert deep in soil

1. Tube well water is not good during summer season, because it's hardiness is at its peak......use tapwater.. if possible
From soil level the water level should be atleast 6 to 8 inches
For fertilizer instead of NPK use rotten cow dung manure for some time
Change the water weekly
