Don't come back. You and I and everyone else shouldn't have to. When really examining NDEs, it becomes clear how much manipulation and trickery there is on the other side. Don't be guilted, shamed, or pressured into doing it again for the sake of "karmic debt " or for the "greater good". If we truly do have free will, and I think that ultimately we do, you don't have to agree to any "soul contract ". Manifest/ create your own realm. The one that YOU want.
Agreed and don’t even think about whether you should come back because many report being sent back simply because they merely thought about the possibility of coming back. That was enough to bring them back. That’s not free will.

Most sentient beings on earth would want out of this timeline, if they could choose it. That's partly why the human population is in decline. I wonder what will happen to all the souls ready to be incarnated, when there are too few bodies to return to.
Ever since I was a child, I have felt a "witness" presence with me. It is as if I am me but also I am not me but looking at me apart from me. I could not quite understand this very well until a few years back when I stumbled upon Advaita (non-dualism) philosophy especially through teachings of the Indian sage Sri Ramana Maharishi about the true self which is the Witness to everything. It was eye opening. I am still working on understanding this witness which is the true self and detach myself from my false self which is the ego. Feeling the presence of the witness is almost like experiencing a dream where you are in the dream, yet not affected by it.

Sri Krishna also says this in the Bhagavad Gita that we are not the do-er, we are merely in an instrument through which consciousness manifests purely out of divine love. The witness of the consciousness is love itself and I think as we are all connected by it, we are IT. There is just the one manifesting itself in many forms. It is wonderful. The ego clouds it and creates all the pain and suffering which is illusory.

I am quite certain I have been aware of existing in multiple realms simultaneously as I have recollections of events in my current past that seem to overlap one another. That is to say I have often been aware of having experienced so very much in just 72 years - much more than could possibly have occurred in so (relatively) short a period of time. This concept was especially true up to around my mid 50s at which time I began-bit by bit - to reflect on this lifetime’s experiences, still at this point trying to formulate the most favorable scenario as to how I could have better gone about my life. I don’t consider such reflection to be regret, but rather preparation for the next journey.

I beg to differ.....when I was crossing the veil in a tunnel of exquiset multicolored living light, I at first just basked in being pain free and was in total awe of the spectacle surrounding me. When it finally dawned on me where I was going, I struggled with every ounce of being to back myself out of there. I had two young children and "I" wanted to be the one to raise them. There came a point where I stopped this endeavor - I asked myself if this would be like turning my back on God . Long story short, He didn't see it that way at all . Other accounts of NDEr's show many don't want to return to their life here. They are then guided as to all the reasons why they should ... blink, blink... and here we are again fullfilling everything we intended to do and become.🌍

I’ve always thought that when you are reborn it’s the light that brings you, like the light that you see when you die. When you grow a plant the seed will not grow with out light.If the plant is alive it will not stay alive without light, it will seek it and if not found, it will die. Many years ago when I was a child I used to think that I was a Flamenco dancer in Spain. My father was a language teacher and taught Spanish. He had a pair of castanets and I picked them up and played them! My parents were in shock! I then saw a picture of a Matador and felt such a connection that I cried. I’m almost 70 and I’m of an Italian and Hungarian background born in the U.S. my parents were immigrants. I don’t want to come back here to earth, I hope I have it right this time but I am with sin, like everyone else. I pray I’m forgiven for those sins and am aloud to stay in heaven.
I have had brief flashes of a past life and it seems like it basically mirrored this life. The time period was different and some peoples roles were switched around.

I recently met a Native American/Irish chaplain and we had a long conversation about many things, including the propagandized bible to which he agreed whole heartedly. We spoke of the possibility of our many lives. He said “632” to me and I was perplexed. He told me God talks to him and I truly believed him. He told me, as we were speaking, God told him I’ve lived 632 lives…..MIND BLOWN! I believe we all have had multiple lives, just didn’t realize it has been SO many! I cannot wait to remember all those memories and lessons, explains so much of my dreams.
YHVH anit the Bible He’s who was written of in those books. His people change he doesn’t. You haven’t searched the scriptures that testify of Him? You’ve searched out your God. You don’t find Him He finds you. Maybe you three have not been chosen. Maybe he doesn’t want you. Maybe you’ve been given over to a delusion based on what’s in your heart. You’ll get to meet Him eventually one way or another. Hopefully it’s on His terms instead of your own.

The question that begs to be asked here is why anyone would "plan" a miserable life? The life I have lived so far is nothing anyone in their right mind would have planned. Do people plan to get a chronic illness, or become drug addicts, or choose parents who are sure to abuse them? Do you choose to be born with a birth defect to learn "lessons?" That makes no sense to me. Having it imposed on me by a higher authority makes more sense. How does my soul know what it needs to learn? From the descriptions we have heard of the spirit realm, why would anyone want to leave that and spend a miserable 70-80 years living a life of suffering on Earth? Are you forced to come back here for your own good over and over again until our sun expands to engulf the planet? Sounds more like a cycle of endless suffering to me. Like a nightmare you cannot wake up from.

Also, why can't we recall any past lives so we can avoid making the same mistakes over and over again? It seems like that would be useful if the goal is to become enlightened. Based on all the evidence that can be observed from NDEs , it's obvious that lots of deception and manipulation is involved in getting us to come here. I think we got tricked into thinking this is all necessary.
Someone once put it like this. If In past lives you have been pushing people around and doing cruel things to people with your hands then your soul might decide to incarnate with deformed hands in order to finally learn the lessons of kindness. Or maybe your born with a speech impediment because of rude remarks you’ve been making in past lives.

I just wish more people would have saw the massive saturation of the advertising for free vaccinations for COVID. Nothing is free. We have to live our lives to the very end. Life is like being on a roller-coaster. We are here not to have a wonderful life. We are here to learn. This existance i feel is a school probably about 1st or 2nd grade level. Im 76 and believe me my life has been up and down. Im not alone I know because we all have ups and downs. We have to deal with the obstacles that come along. Alot of the obstacles were choices myself. Then other obstacles were just thrown at my lap.

I've had both NDE and OBE. This experience on Earth is very limited. You're comparing what's 'good' to the only thing you know as 'bad'. It all sucks here from my perspective. I think this life woke me up to never come back here. I can't say I've reached some kind of enlightenment but I've outgrown the human experience.

Spirit and Soul are two different entities.
Soul is creating the Consciousness through the memory from the Physical body. The memory data resides in ones DNA. DNA are repositories of data which is evolving though each generation. Hence a person will have data or DNA information of his father and mother plus all the data of their ancestors also. That is how human beings are evolving. We are smarter than our parents and our children will be smarter than us.
After death our Spirit detaches from the soul and goes back to Spirit world. Souls remain as pure consciousness and are part of Akashic records. One can tap into the souls of departed loved ones and communicate with them.
In some cases the spirit does not detach from the soul and they are called earth bound spirits. They do not detach from the soul due to attachments like addiction, revenge and in some cases ignorance. When Soul and Spirit are not detached after death they are also called as Ghosts.
One has to be careful while connecting with earth bound spirits as most of them are malevolent.
Almost all of this presentation accords with my own 50-year study of the subject. I disagree only with the statement at the very end, that people live multiple lives simultaneously. There is an easy way to open the door to the causal plane, where the records of the past & future are stored. Bible understood reincarnation as renewal of the dead life in the same form and body that it was before the death. It’s in the context of Jesus Christ’s rising from the death and dead on third day. The risen Christ hasn’t suffered any forgetfulness of his past. He has shown up to his disciples, talked to them, eaten food with them and gone to Galilee. But his disciples had some difficulty in identifying him and in recognising him. How should we understand the whole thing rationally?

Do 'we' know better ? I have thought about reincarnation a lot over the years and nearing 70 yrs old I NEVER want to reincarnate to this planet, any other planet or any other dimension. If as you say we have a choice to change the soul contract we made before we were born and have free will to change it before we die, then I am exercising my free will to change it, even if I was a top grader I would not want to reincarnate. NO NO NO

Claiming to know the unknowable when the only certainty is that we can and will never be able to know anything of it just doesn't work. In order for it to work we would need to find away to send back concrete information from the other side. Until someone can figure out how to do that we are all kidding ourselves in an attempt to lessen the horror of the unknowable.

And indeed you are. The soul as some thing you "have" as you have a body and a nice car was propagated by the Catholic Church for purposes of crowd mind control. The only "you" is soul, a divine spark. It has a body temporarily, and maybe even a nice car, also temporarily.
Wonder how many dimensions a soul can enter for its growth? The population of humans on the earth is likely the largest ever, so where are they all coming from and at this time more have a chance to enter a life on earth. Something I wonder about.

Many years ago I was in a nasty accident I was okay sent home next day but that night I was either dreaming it or it was actually happening. I was drifting along a tunnel which was made of large grey uneven stone because I was touching them I got to near the end and I could see what was like a monk type person with hood up no face and as I approached they put their arm out and blew and I just woke up confused. I later managed historical buildings and finally A home for seriously ill children families

The problem with this theory is that there are 7 billion people on the planet, each with a soul. Yet, there were only a few thousand humans on the planet initially with souls. Where did all these extra souls come from if each comes back again? Are there new souls being created also through time? This is the only solution yet this means some people will have new souls and others will have ancient souls...

This only applies to sequencial incarnates. However most of us are simultaneous incarnates aka master class graduates of this dark polarity and density.
Coming back ,again and again, for eternity is not a tempting perspective for me at all. The amount of suffering in hundreds of live times must be tremendous...not appealing . Are we " the garden of Gods"? Do they harvest our energy? The Loosh theory seems to be more and more credible... They say we are not forced to come back but they always find a way to " persuade" us. Are we slaves without knowing it? If so, I want out...
I heard an NDE memory here on YT quite a long while
back. During the NDE they encountered a “wheel” of endless life and death. And they were NOT given the CHOICE to get out of it. People in the comments of that video said similar to you. That we aren’t given a choice. Idk? I don’t hear that very often. But I do think there is something to it.
