- We are the Dare List Family, a full time travelling family of 3 from Australia. We're digital nomads, cultural enthusiasts and life experience hunters. And we do it all with a cheeky, awesome toddler called Leo.
We are raising our son to be an active participant in his 'education' because we want him to own it, and see learning as a part of life, not just something done between 9-3 in a classroom.
The Dare List concept came together after suffering from what we like to call 'comfort discomfort' - we got uncomfortable with our normal, mundane and comfortable existence.
In 2017 we dared ourselves to quit our jobs, sell most of our possessions and travel the world for a year. So we did. We swam with horses in Malaysia, braved sky high suspension bridges in France and road bikes through the streets of Penang at sunset. Then at the start of 2018 we opened up the darelist to a whole new concept, getting people to dare US to do crazy stuff.
It’s all about getting out of our comfort zone, personal growth, creating an epic childhood for Leo, and having a lot of fun along the way.

I really hope you continue to post content on your channel! You create gorgeous videos and have a real knack for the way you edit. I think people would love to see much more of your family and your travels and dares! It's a great idea! We traveled with our 4 kids in an RV when they were little and I would have loved to have this platform to share our videos, chronicle our journey and maybe make some money doing it along the way! I dare you to post 3 videos a week for 2 months to pick up subscribers along the way! I wish you the best and I'm glad to have stumbled across your channel through Forrests tour video 😄

Hi Murwyn. Yep, we know.... Videos take a bloody long time to plan out, shoot, edit, publish, promote, comment and respond to. Along with making videos (which are a passion project we get paid absolutely nothing to spend all those hours on producing), we run 4 businesses, have a 4-year-old kid and have just general life to attend to. We're creators, but we can only create when we have time and are in that zone of creativity.
I might make a new intro video soon. Our lives look very different to what they did back at this time so it would be helpful to have a more true representation of how life has progressed. 😊
