Both Rob and Ralph the two R 80's actors don't age must be in the genes or they had some plastic surgery done but not that we would ever ask or they would ever admit it but that's just a theory that could be wrong.
You should check the Podcast 'literaly' with Rob Lowe, and more specific the episode with Ralph as guest. Just 2 friends talking about the old days ...
Fun to see them together again😊I was 15 when The Outsiders came out and lost track of how many times I saw it in the theater. I was so in love with Rob💕
💯 agree!! But Cruel Summer was played in the movie first. The other two songs were near the end of the movie. One during the karate competition, the other during the end credits.
😭 when you’re old enough, that you watch them when they first came out 🙈 I’m a big fan of the 80s movies, songs & shows. This was truly a treat. Love them both ♥️♥️
Great actors! Both aging gracefully. 😊 Besides The Karate Kid movie, Macchio is great in My Cousin Vinny." Have to check it out. I have a few favorite lines in the movie, especially when Ralph Macchio tells Stan, "My parents They live to argue, I've seen your parents argue, trust me, they're amateurs."😂😅😊 Hilarious!
Rob's been a constant since the 80's in some great movies and television. But it seemed like Ralph was away for quite a while. Seeing him have such a success with Cobra Kai the last few years has been great as someone who grew up with the original 3 films and Crossroads as some of his favorite movies to watch. The job the whole staff and cast of Cobra Kai has done to stay true to the original films while telling a whole new story has been so refreshing because there's been so many reboots and cash in attempts on nostalgia that just put a bad taste in people's mouths.
Oh man, I had the biggest crush on Ralph when I was a kid. I read the outsiders in school and loved it so much I read it over and over and over! I tell you, whatever they are doing to stay so young, I wish they'd let us in on it!! LOL!!
"Do it for Johnny!" Even though the line is ABOUT Ralph's character and not delivered BY Ralph, I really need to hear Daniel LaRusso say this in Cobra Kai. That would be epic.
2:17. I'm with Roy Partible. I'd have thought You're The Best by Joe Esposito was the theme song for The Karate Kid (1984). Which BTW, I highly recommend as an excellent workout song to all.
Moment of truth by survivor actually had a video that played on MTV during this time and the Sound was excellent excellent in IMHO ; "Young Hearts" is great as well as "Feel the the night"!!
Both Ralph and Rob still look so youthful in their 60s.
Can’t believe they’re both technically old now
Both Rob and Ralph the two R 80's actors don't age must be in the genes or they had some plastic surgery done but not that we would ever ask or they would ever admit it but that's just a theory that could be wrong.
Money helps.
@@andreweggleston4410 good genes. He was in his mid 20s in Karate Kid and was playing a 15 year old - and looked it throughout the franchise
@@NuclearDeathWalk slight correction in karate kid 1 he was 22 but the character was 17-18 he wasnt mid 20s till the sequels
I can’t get over how completely adorable these two still are! ❤❤
They are actually so fun together. They haven’t aged when together whatsoever

@@southamcaballero all platforms really, it's on spotify, Itunes, ...
They look great, but let's not kid ourselves about them not looking like they've aged. Nothing wrong with it.
Man, why isn't Ralph Macchio more popular? Watching how he worked out Cocktail was so charming.
He is very popular today because of Cobra Kai
I love the fact that so gold was ralphs wedding song 😭
Its actually called Stay Gold he just tricked the other guy
fr that’s so sweet😭
As opposed to Cruel Summer?
And then he named his son Daniel! After Daniel La Russo!!
Netflix needs to put 'The Outsiders' on their listing.
@@JLady4 true
Yes bro they fr do
Fun to see them together again😊I was 15 when The Outsiders came out and lost track of how many times I saw it in the theater. I was so in love with Rob💕
I love the outsider book and movie , and watching this video seeing Rob Lowe aka soda pop and Ralph Macchio aka Johnny is a dream.
To me, Joe Esposito's "Your the Best" is Karate Kids theme song.
Yeah, I thought that was going to be the answer.
It's disqualified because it wasn't made for that movie.
I agree. That song is awesome
It’s hilarious when that song is used during sports epic fails. Lol
💯 agree!! But Cruel Summer was played in the movie first. The other two songs were near the end of the movie. One during the karate competition, the other during the end credits.
Two great guys who have kept their families together! Good for you
Great to see two great 80's icons still having some fun.
Just realized I need a Macchio/Lowe movie!
They both were in The Outsiders.
@@FitPatton yeah. 40 years ago. with 8+ other main actors. I probably mean a new movie with just these two, huh?
@@dragonflash09when I read this, I read it in the tone n which I think you meant it and I’m dying.
@@dragonflash09fantastic idea!! I would so be there!!
You’re telling me Ralph Macchio is not 30 he’s 62!😂
These Two Have Not Aged At All It’s Ridiculous ❤️🔥
Hair dye and professional makeup helps a lot.
Oh they definitely have. They're just rich and in still in shape lol
@@elbob17 It Helps That Rob Lowe Has Been “Clean” For So Long Too!
Loved this. Please do many more. Bring back all the 80’s stars

They were so cute together. They need to do another movie, some type of classic '80s Buddy Cop movie. I would write it! :)
A outsiders reunion ❤
Then write it.
Great actors! Both aging gracefully. 😊

Nice to see them both back together. They've known each other for many decades now.
2 of my biggest crushes in the 80s. My pre teen self’s head just exploded with excitement!
These two have great chemistry
I would watch these two together in a show movie WHATEVER! Make it happen Netflix!
These two cuties!
Seeing them still looking so young and being so cute makes me so happy 🥰
The outsiders is one of my favourites ever. Johnny and sodapop❤❤❤❤
Bringing back "Karate Kid" cast was the best move Netflix has made. Absolute genius
UA-cam Red did it, not Netflix
@@RadRat78 I can sleep better at night now that you have corrected me. 😴
Awesome. Glad I could help, pal
I loved "The Outsiders" i haven't seen it since my late teens. A great film.
THE OUTSIDERS IS MY FAV MOVIEEEE 💗💗
Oh this collab and video is everything i needed.
Ralph had beautiful shoe button eyes in his youth
He was a very handsome guy
Rob Lowe is so fun to listen to talking about his memories
Johnny and Sodapop!
Jonh and Pepsicola

Oh no, he was great in several movies and shows like My Cousin Vinny, Crossroads, Ugly Betty.....
I'd absolutely LOVE to see them in another movie together... drama or comedy... perhaps even a dramedy?
How is it that they can both be so successful, handsome and down to earth charming??? So truly likable
This makes me so happy, more please ❤
Feel the Night by Baxter Robinson was also a great and memorable pop song in the first Karate Kid movie
I thought that one was THE song.

What a duo!
We need the cast of The Outsiders to reunite!
These two guys never age it’s so wild. Johnny and Soda Pop. I miss Pony Boy CTH as well. Would be nice to see him get some shine.
Don't these guys ever age. They both look great.
Can't believe The Karate Kid (1984) is now 40 years old. Crazy Ralph was in his early 20s there, he looked about 13/14. Now looks around 40.
More of them together!!
I've never seen a grown man with a boys face 😂 Ralph hasn't aged
Please do more 80s trivia with 80s actors ❤
2 80s legends
Awesome episode!
Absolutely Outstanding
Ong it’s like time stood still and Ralph wow talk about a baby face he’s so adorable still ❤
Soda & Johnny reunited after 40+ years🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💯
The two youngest looking old guys from 80s Hollywood.
They are too cute😂❤👏🏽
Memories of my youth right there
Wow they still look great well into their sixties!!!
AAAAA I LOVE THEM BOTH SM😊
I love them so much. The Outsiders is my favorite movie and book
I still think the 80s is still around today even in 2024
Ralph looj like 15 years old and stop growing for more than 40 years😂
The outsiders!! My all time favorite book & movie adaptation. I can quote so much of that movie, its my comfort film 😭

SAMEE
Rob Lowe and Ralph Macchio are looking younger than alot people in their late 30s out here 😅
i read the outsiders for a class project in 7th grade then we watched the movie, Rob and Ralph are awesome
welp time to rewatch the outsiders lol
Real
Loved this ❤
Ralph Macchio - the world’s oldest living cute boy
😂😂😂 this was AWESOME!!!
The Outsiders. SE Hinton was 16 or 17 when she wrote it!
Amazing!!!!
Ca fait tellement plaisir de les revoir, toujours aussi charismatiques !
40 years omg 😲
man Ralph has like water bottles of youth or smth
The Outsiders, St. Elmo's Fire and Cobra Kai---all honored in my novel: The Trusty Butter Knife An '80s Adventure!
(Stranger Things BITES HARD!)
The Karate Kid theme song - You're the Best Around
Hate it when some people looks as good and young as they did 40 years ago 😭🤣🥰❤
The movie broke my heart
Well this was fun! It's incredible how youthful they both still look. Lucky bastards. LOL
Netflix needs to put out the outsiders movie the director’s cut. It has around 20 more minutes. Such a great movie
This was great
I know that Rob Lowe is no spring chicken, but he looks great!
that was actually very entertaining lol Ah the good old days when stars had talent and charisma. Gen X is aging beautifully.

Stay gold, Ponyboy. Also: Say it!! Just say it!! Cobra Kai?!! Never dies!!
I loved the book and the movie. I had a crush on both of them ❤.
3 minutes? I could have watched an hour of this, easy.
I love it!!
Johnny and Sodapop
It's funny that they both look exactly the same as they did in the 80s.
You can still see the youngness. it hasn’t really went away
Great movie you should both be proud of.
How can anyone not love Rob Lowe these days?

ps. Bill Conti wrote Moment of Truth. Survivor only performed it
And it's definitely NOT a pop song. Christ, Survivor is one of the best AOR bands ever, man!
