- What's inside a Section 8 contract with a new tenant? Today, let's take a look inside one of my new tenant applications w/ the housing and redevelopment department. The Housing Choice Voucher program will subsidize a portion of the rent for your tenant every month. But how do we make sure we get market rent for our units? Hey can you explain how late fees work with section 8 tenants? Do late fees apply to the total rent amount or only their portion of the rent??

By 3 yr lease only do you mean "at least 3 yrs" or they also have to moveout after 3 yrs too?

so far they didn't order it yet, I'm going back this tues for my 30 day checkup and I'm praying to get started this week. It's kinda been a slow recovery as they said I'm getting older so things are healing slower. I'm just thankful it's healing..

Please help. I told my property manager that I got approved for section 8. We did a lease stating my portion and section 8 portion. She quit The job and never turned it into section 8 without my knowledge and now I've lost my housing voucher and they're saying I owe the full amount of rent. Is this legal?
