    The old school race SLEDS were LIGHT and had plenty of power because of being so light. Love two STROKE sound!

    Awesome job on the build! I still love the old snopro sleds of the mid '70s. its great to see "old school is cool" people out there!

    This is my favorite build you did. Close second is Wet Basement. If you grew up in the "70's" you just can't describe looking at those two sleds and watching them run.

      I wish I wouldn't of sold this one so fast. Would have loved to take it on a couple rides. I was just so scared something would happen to the engine and I would be screwed.

    Great looking sled. The ceramic coating on the pipes was an excellent choice. I also like your solution to the recoil handle relocation. Having to lift the hood to start them every time is a pain.

    • @mikehoncho9344
      @mikehoncho9344 6 років тому

      Kris Trachsel I agree with you about the new location but it looks a little unfinished I think he could have flared the end of that pipe to accept the handle instead of just cutting it off

      The best is look how many years it to to make such garbage. Now. Why if this machine is sharp and the best. Then why did it only take less 20 years to mass products these thinks. Its to bad all in all to fix the oldies up. To have no snow in the future. Ya there is snow storms and that is reason for most snow it really said to see snow to go. And make quads more popular. But no one is rebuilt those because there is none. The skidoos are mostl scrap. And hard to find they race then beat its to bad. One day he will find none. U breathing heavy man u might not want to drink or smoke your ticker is telling u to lay off

    Beautiful work sir, are those OEM PDC heads or reproductions on a '74 bottom end and cylinders? The vid in which you cranked her up had the straight fin heads as I recalled?

    • @toddclyne3493
      @toddclyne3493  6 років тому

      Mopar21277 yes they are repop heads on a 74 bottom end. You are correct two of the video's had the original heads on it. I do have one video of it running with the vee fined heads on it.

Thats better shape then factory back in the 70s. The old man had lots put warm weather was the worst. But our winters. Was no warm winyers now. Pullution has took over. And time is very littel to say the least. XLT?

    • @toddclyne3493
