  • I'm not Microsoft, Rare, Nintendo, nor an employee that works with them or for them. I'm a huge fan of this game. I'm positively appalled at the monstrosity that the opening scene is on XBLA, so you can thank a random dude with eight hours of free time that has, to the best of his ability, attempted to synchronize the audio to the video.
This was a major project. Please think about supporting the work I did, if you are happy with it. This is how Microsoft SHOULD HAVE put Banjo-Tooie's intro cutscene, in the first place! I guess they were too proud of lag intolerance. (In all honesty, it isn't perfect, but it is the best I could do, with what I was given to work with.)
This has also brought, to my attention, the intro cutscene is entirely different, in some spots, on the Xbox version, versus the original, N64 version. I tried to make adjustments for the changes, but some areas were not any further fixable (the segment where Grunty loses her eyeball and picks it up was probably the most CHALLENGING, as the sequence is completely different on XBLA... the edits are going to be most noticeable there) than what I performed.
