In this video, I will be showing you how to make this Super Delicious Fried Rice. I made 10Kg of fried rice for Kavin and he loves it so much. Please enjoy watching and making this Super Delicious Chicken Fried Rice :)
Fried rice ingredients:
Rice - 4 cups
Some oil
Some carrot
Some beans
Some potato
Some salt
Chicken ingredients:
Chicken breast - 1½ KG
Salt - 1½ tablespoons
Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1½ tablespoons
Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 100ml
Some green chillies
Some garlic
Some ginger
Chana dal - 2 tablespoon
Bay leaves - 2
Cardamom pods - 5
Clove - 6 to 7
Cinnamon sticks - 1
Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoon
Dried red chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
Some water
Large onion - 1
Some curry leaves
Black pepper - 2 tablespoons
Some hot water
Bay leaves - 2
Cardamom pods - 4
Clove - 4
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Some oil
Some ghee
Soya sauce
Some coriander
