    there’s a dearth of quality Asian players (barring China). I remember aditya Mehta and pankaj advani and both never met the standards of highest level of snooker. But this guy Farakh Ajaib looks formidable and has a bright future. Want him to rise high. I became his fan. Love from India 🇮🇳

    Glad to see Pakistani representation in professional circuit. I don't think much people are really aware of how big actually snooker is here. About 5 million people walk in snooker clubs every weekend in here. Quality will only improve when they get opportunities like Q- School Thailand from where our two top seeds qualified this year(Asif & Asjad), but if you wanna talk about quantity of players there is a massive pool of decent cueist here.

    Yeah, Ajaib definitely has something (not sure what) but he also definitely misses something! Curious to see how he progresses. It wasn't Allen's best snooker either, was it?

      Ajaib's long game was really good in this match. He got nearly every long pot - Allen's long pot attempts were often nowhere near the jaws.
      Allen's safety game was also a bit scrappy at times. Even when Allen was 3-1 up Ajaib didn't seem like he was under much pressure.

    • @nabeelawan9428
      @nabeelawan9428 Рік тому +2

      the Pistol Allen wasnt at his best, but the way Farakh was proceeding so fearlessly was taking Allen more down. being a snooker player i understand that if u are not in a good form and the opponent is all guns blazing gets u deeper in the pressure.

    • @just-dl
      @just-dl Рік тому

      It seemed like Allen was too timid in taking pot-shots. There were several times in just this video I noticed reasonable looking shots that he passed up in favor of playing it safe. Granted towards the end, in desperation, Allen took some low-% shots. Proud of him for trying but I think he backed himself into a corner by handing the control back to Ajaib. Don’t get me wrong, Ajaib was clearly the better player on this night.

    Ajab's long potting is definitely on point. But both players have such a defensive mindset. The whole game was each player waiting for the other to commit a mistake. That won't take him far against players that wil give him a taste of his own medicine, like the Selby's of the world.
    Also, if he could focus more on break building instead of finding spots to hide the ball, he'd be a much more formidable player.
    All the best to him.

    Ajaib plays the game like it means nothing, when it means everything. A great basis for a fine career in snooker, especially when he has the potting skills to back it up. Even has the long draw-back of the cue, accelerating thru the ball, it looks like Judd's action. Addressing the ball too, cue up high, shoulders raised and wide, again very Judd. More matchplay action, study Selby or Bingtao's patient safety play game, he'll be a real force in snooker. Wish him the very best!
    Mark did seem to refuse some pots here that I wouldn't have expected too. Mark didn't try to win the match, he lacked Hendry-style aggression, looks like he underestimated his opponent too, which is a fatal flaw.
    FYI Cesar, you can use a high-pass / low-cut filter/EQ to kill the low-end rumble in this video. Set it to about 100Hz, all the messy low end will disappear, means you can use a compressor to increase levels without confusing the detector... Happy to describe more if you wish!

    • @CesarMuroya
      @CesarMuroya  Рік тому +1

      Yes please, more details. What do you mean by low-end rumble? The noise caused by the ref's mic when he walks?

    • @EannaButler

      @@CesarMuroya You need an audio editor with an EQ here basically.
      Listen on big speakers - what sounds a bit like breathing on a close-mic'ed mouth - bit bit like the audio was recorded outside in a breeze. That sound chews up the bandwidth of the audio - youtube locks down on the audio, so the video overall sounds quieter.
      Solution is to edit the audio with an EQ - even a Graphic EQ - pull the faders down

    • @EannaButler

    @Cesar.. Is it your breathing we can hear.. Its in many of your videos. There's two ways to fix this. If its you, move your mic 🙂 If its in the recording.
    Edit the audio in software like Adobe Audition.. Free versions are still around. [ Highlight the Breathing ] and save it as a Noise filter and remove it from the audio in the whole video.

The only effect of that stupid decision will not be to increase the number of people who will pay to see those games. I had no intention of doing either of course. I do however object to a snooker channel ( or any channel) telling me that they will decide what is hate speech or a conspiracy theory.
