Throttle voltage typical for e-bike controllers is 0,8V to 3.6V, and Hall sensor supply 4.3V. Max declared speed for this motor is 5400 RPM/48V. If Throttle voltage exceed ca 3,9V, controller cut off power from motor - detect short circuit supply voltage to throttle signal - safety protection. If voltage drops about 3,9V, motor will start again.
