Ninja Combi Multi Cooker, Chicken and Rice Jambalaya Style

Easy weeknight meal to feed a crowd. The rice was perfectly cooked, how does it do this every time? We combined the flavors of a jambalaya with this chicken and rice on the bottom layer and roasted squash with onions on the top to complete this weeknight meal.
