I am not sure if I am misunderstanding, if the speaker misspoke, etc. At 57:00, Adar mentions what other workplace where if you are thought to have stolen money, you get to sit on the investigative panel. To be glib, I would argue the police fits this.

Connecticut, to support the point that those privacy cases were a part of a body of law that supported the Supreme Court's interpretation of privacy.
