Dude I have to be honest. It's hard to believe you at this point. Either make it better or walk away. 2yrs ago you said if taxes are the issue leave the state. Now you claim you want to cut taxes. What is it? I almost lost my house in covid. I built your refugee camps and had to bang on your door to get unemployment for almost half a year. Thanks for all of the stress and worry, totally didn't take years off my life.
We've seen the incessant commercials about how Murphy's family struggled while he was growing up. I'm sure they didn't struggle half as much as he and his racketeering buddies in Washington make us struggle. We have to take whatever help we can get, however I am skeptical the federal, state, and local governments and businesses won't defraud us out of whatever we save from this because evidently whenever the People have any money, the authorities think they're entitled to it, and act like we were just given free, undeserved money and we don't need it to merely exist, to not starve, to not be malnourished, to not be foreclosed, to not be homeless, to not have to suffer severe decreases in quality of life, to not lose our families, and to not to lose everything our families worked and sacrificed for our whole lives. We have to always fear that these reforms count as an increase in income that the governments will tax us on and take later in tax season as if we profited from being poor. And these tax cuts, while anything that lowers our cost of living is good, are nowhere near enough, especially considering the record profits the elites and the government's crony corporations are making at our expense. Our costs of living have increased exponentially these past few years, especially this last one, far more than these tax cuts will save us. Lots of extremely wealthy people profited greatly from the past two years and from changes in policy that helped them and hurt us. Make them pay and give us more of a break. How about the schools? It wasn't long ago NJ schools were in the national news for a hazing scandal, and this is what my family is being impoverished for, to support these people?! Everyone always says "how can you put students first if you put teachers last" but if you really care about the children, do you know what hurts kids far worse than poor schools?: Growing up with poor parents. So cut the school boards' and school administrations' budgets because they don't need it anywhere as much as NJ families do, parents and retirees, and we know from experience that these authorities do ill with their uncontested, always-increasing budgets. Look at the gas prices. Why not a gas tax cut? They did that in CT. It's not like we have good roads here anyway, so what difference will it make? Or better yet, why not tax the gas companies and incentivize them to lower their unnecessary, racketeering rates? Us commoners who were already stretched beyond our limit are having to tighten our belts (a horrible understatement) with these oppressive, unnecessary necessity price hikes from bad policy, so why can't these organizations, organizations far wealthier than our families, organizations that profit from the people and policies that actively hurt us, be forced to sacrifice, too, instead of us who already can't afford it? There are many, many ways to raise revenues at the expense of the wealthy people and organizations who can afford it and stop screwing all of us with households making under $100K. I thought the Democrats were supposed to be the party of the People? I thought the Democrats were the party of the poor, the party of common people, the compassionate party that cares about struggling people, weak people, the little people, the disenfranchised, workers, retirees, families, and other people who can't pay their bills and daily live under sacrifice and the threat of foreclosure? What happened to taxing the rich? What happened to all those promises they made when they wanted to get the big bad boogeyman who ran on economic populism out of office? I thought the Democrats said they were going to embrace economic populism now because they care about us. Well? Where the hell is all your alleged compassion now that you have the power to enact it?! They're all the same as the rich man's Republicans. They're all the Uniparty only intending to act upon policies that profit the excessively wealthy, contrary to the interests of the People. Democrat, Republican, Left, or Right, we don't have anyone in power right now in America who isn't from the party of the mega rich. Prove me wrong! And for the commercials about Murphy's past to elicit sympathy for the formerly poor man and to convince us he must understand and care about our torment, I leave you with a Bible verse: "A poor man that oppresses the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaves no food."
I have not recieved a rebate since i moved in this house in 2015
