I usually cover my rice with a clean napkin,foil or parchment paper and it cooks with the steam and it’s faster.

It is because they use tumeric powder instead of curry powder to achieve that intense yellow color
The thing is most of the people are lazy to cook, I apploa uto show us we can do it and we also spend less money again today's life is hectic that is why people opt for takeaway, but u doing and amazing job thank u for sharing 👌🙌❤️

You should have gone with pre cut left over vegetables because we actually have that in our freeezers these days, to cut out the slicing time 😅😅😅 great job really enjoyed watching this.
Ify started from scratch but know that at restaurant, know that preparations are being made aiidy in the morning and the 30 to 40 mins is equivalent to packaging and delivering.

Dear Ify, you did far better than the restaurant in "time factor" because, the restaurants, or most restaurants have the vegetables already cut, and even some frozen and arranged in line before your order, and everything blended in advance, even the rice is likely cooked in advance, the fact that you took out your blender within the time slot, and blended, and then chopped vegetables, delayed you. Also, if you had used a rice cooker, and used the water and rice measurements set by the rice cooker manufacturer, your rice would have been ready within 20 minutes.
The 30 to 40 minutes they gave you is more dependent on how many orders before yours, then the time for transportation, they could have finished your order within 5 to 8 minutes because all the ingredients would have been pre-cooked, and just put together for delivery 🚚, it is "fast food" isn't it?

Also, paprika powder / red bell pepper helps in giving chicken, meat and fish the darker brown colour, if you know how to
Ify you got this, really good but the deep colour of the rice is gotten from tumeric powder.

You had to be organized before starting. In the restaurants, everything is already arranged or prepped to quicken things. If the veggies fried then it’s not fried rice oo.
