I never knew of this verse (Isaiah 45:7). I don't understand that if God is holy he has no evil in him. So how does he create it? Is this a mistranslation from original scripture? I always thought he just allows evil to happen because it may have a useful purpose (for example bringing people to repentance) but I never thought he was a creator of evil.

This is a very good way of explaining what I was thinking just last night. Looking at my present situation as someone who has repented and turned to Christ, the events that have happened in my life make more sense, especially some of the people I met and the kinds of relationship I had with each of them. They all have taught me something. Although a lot of pain was involved, I’m grateful for those experiences because they have taught me important lessons that I could only see/understand after humbling myself.

This is what most Pentecostal and Protestant churches teach because it sounds soothing to the ears.... Read the book of St. James It's lovely that you want to spread the word... But to teach the word of god you need to study and understand it the way it was meant to be first. A pastor or 19th century preacher cannot help you there. You need to understand from the teachings of the church father's, who walked with Christ, who were there during the day of Pentecost, and the ones who suffered and died during the days of persecutions, you need to learn from them.. Read about orthodoxy, make a decision for yourself.

I beg to disagree that Saul and David have not met in the past. As a matter of fact, in 1 Sam 17: 32 to 37 they had conversations together face to face, and in 38 to 39 Saul dressed David in his royal tunic. In part I agree. I get what you mean when you say worthless. But God is very clear in His word what we are. We’re all sinners. We are beasts before Him. I really relate to the story of King Saul. As a person who suffers from major depressive disorder to a point where it has almost driven me to insanity where I had to be admitted to a mental asylum I am always asking myself how did I wrong God to be punished with such a tormenting ailment. I am still on a soul seeking journey about where did I go wrong in the eyes of God and hopefully one day I’ll find the answers so I can sincerely apologise to God…

I never knew of this verse (Isaiah 45:7). I don't understand that if God is holy he has no evil in him. So how does he create it? Is this a mistranslation from original scripture? I always thought he just allows evil to happen because it may have a useful purpose (for example bringing people to repentance) but I never thought he was a creator of evil.

I beg to disagree that Saul and David have not met in the past. As a matter of fact, in 1 Sam 17: 32 to 37 they had conversations together face to face, and in 38 to 39 Saul dressed David in his royal tunic. In part I agree. I get what you mean when you say worthless. But God is very clear in His word what we are. We’re all sinners. We are beasts before Him. The only difference between one who is born again truly and one who is not is that the born again Christian is a converted beast. Repentance is the fruit of conversion. It’s starts in the heart. And the path to Armageddon has begun. The great past battle is for the high tower. The fortress. It’s Golgotha. The place of the skull. That’s where we have to die so that Jesus Christ may reign. The two witnesses are the spirit man and the carnal man. Spirit vs Flesh. Able vs Cain. God said in Genesis that He requires the blood of every man’s brother. Our two witnesses must wage war. The Jacob and Esau in each of us. Jacob He loved but Esau He hated. He loved our Spirit because that’s a pure perfect thing we all have. Yet we live in a body of unredeemed flesh. We know flesh and blood can not inherent the Kingdom. We must have a single eye. When the death of the two witnesses happens in us that’s a good thing. Two will be in the field. One will be taken up.
