Surprised that the chef disclosed his famous secret recipe...he even let you video taped the entire episode. but at the end of the day his secret is when he mixed the rubs with the mutton he used his hands therefore transferring the frequency of love into the mutton plus his singing...this is exactly why when two chefs prepare and cook identical recipe - both taste different...the one who added secret ingredient love and passion usually taste better....envy how you always get to eat the delicious tasty family style cuisine. Indeed you are very lucky to host the various different chefs and partake of the meal...thank you for a fabulous foodie larka - we benefit from the recipes passed down generations.
