You have an impressive build quality here, massive shafts, much better than your first attempt. But you should try 3 springs, and not 4. 3 springs like in 3-phase electricity. 4-spring designs rarely work. Springs look weak.
You should not use such long shafts with such heavy flywheels - they produce a U-bend tension which creates friction on bearings. Better put each flywheel on a base in-between two bearings.
You should make it hexagonal ,add 2 more spings,
then l'm sure it will run forever ,
