I feel the original 9-1-1 has run its course. I can believe they’re canceling Lone Star instead of that one. This show needs way more seasons.
I agree Lone Star's stories were better but the original series has a more popular cast so they will push it more
Maybe it will move over to ABC just like the original 9-1-1

I disagree, 9-1-1 lone star as lost it’s magic.
It has became the Owen-show for a while now.
Unlike 9-1-1 this show does not know how to write a good arc for each main character. The stories feel dry and lacks satisfaction.
Which is extremely sad because there’s is a hell of a lot more to explore and with amazing actors on the show they are wasting potential.
Waiting to see how yet another season revolves around Owen Strand and how he “saves” the day.

Devastated. Absolutely loved these characters and watching them grow. Hopefully Tarlos can be moved to 9-1-1, or they develop a spinoff where they can cameo.

I'm British but I'm so invested with these characters that I'm devastated we will not see them again. It was just so nice to have a diverse crew like the 126th that weren't stereotypes.😢🚒🚑
I wasn't going to continue watching it since Sierra McClain (Grace Ryder) won't be in it, but it's the final season, so I will. It looks so good

I thought the same thing when I heard about her departure. Sierra’s scenes were always a nice moment of peace during the chaos of the show but I loved it all. Hate that it’s ending. In my opinion, 9-1-1 should be the one ending. We don’t need another show turning into L&O: SVU with 25+ seasons. Lone Star was a breath of fresh air with the characters and crazy storylines. Anyway, Judd and Grace will always be my favorite characters. 💔
@@MaleaN29 Yet 911 Lone Star is the derivative serie of 911 plus Lone Star is still with Fox and didn't move with ABC. Fox gave up the show cause it was too expensive

Going into this season is so bittersweet. I love this show and sad that it's getting canceled. Love that it's back but also sad that Grace will not be apart of the show.

Tbh, I think Lonestar should have a couple more seasons. But I do think 911, even though I love it, should be the one coming towards a close.
I feel like this one got less time bc of the way they did the last season and some of 3. The focus on Owen for every single problem was a mistake. Viewers made that very obvious. That’s something the OG does very well, splitting the show between the characters regularly. But Rob focusing anything that happened around Owen Strand was a mistake

Because Fox renewed Lone Star. ABC picked the other one up after Fox abandoned it. ABC can't pick up a show Fox already renewed.

Don't end this show! It (and 911) were the only reasons I didn't cancel cable last year. I guess I will be cancelling after this. Make it for Disney or Netflix!

I fully expect this season to be rushed and disjointed. And a lot has changed between the seasons, and that's probably not a good thing. But hopefully we get a lot of quality Tarlos. I don't much care about anything else.

The Reason why this is the final season is due to the following reasons (1) The Show airs on Fox but is made by Disney, the Murdoch family owns the Fox Channel.(2) Because of this the only money Fox makes is from the live on the night ratings with reruns and international sales going to Disney. (3) It's filmed in Los Angles which is not cheap. (4) The Cast were already looking for other jobs (Rumour has been going around since June that this was the final season) and are out of contract. (5) There were 2 rounds of contract negotiations with Fox about a possible 6th Season, but when they didn’t go anywhere.
This looks soooo action packed and just to think season 4 was f’ing crazy I can’t imagine what emergencies they will do next lol. But honestly I miss Grace!!! I wanted her back!! and Tommy falling out omg I’m worried lol.
