I notice that when the horn is tapped twice, it doesn't seem to shock people as much.

We use HornBlasters Shocker horns and Nathan AirChime horns (the same ones used on trains here in the US) in our videos. Its a mix of different setups on different vehicles. All of our setups are ridiculously loud though. We'd recommend looking at our Conductor's Special kits.

the two Hornblasters' pranks I love are the one where they pranked the same guy like 10 times until he started throwing fruit at their car, and when the cop pulls them over for the window tint being too dark and not using a signal, then the cop gets blasted, hahaha, Hilarious!

Easy to make up your own kit. I did...
Get an air tank & a filler valve, & a lenght of hose, a truck horn from a truck wrecking yard & a 12V LPG soleniod to activate the horn. LOUD as Fuck & scares the crap out of everyone LOL! Fill to 120psi or more

i have a pontiac firebird 98 with truck horn. i got the same reaction from victims. i should filmed it
most of them are legal, but check with your state, and city/town on decibel max, I had one of the train sounding horns on my semi-truck and never had a problem, even the DOT thought they were "Cool" (quote from the officer). Check before you buy though just to be safe, DMV should know.
