Last part is tricky at first. But after memorize the path, it becomes easy. And to possess the right enemy body for the bosses and stages. Makes things easy, like Megaman using the right weapons
Your ghost has energy - you lose some each time your host gets hit, and it continually drains when you're not inhabiting a body. You did when the energy runs out.

So cool and weird, as you get to possess different bodies. And this game was known as "Phantasm" in Japan. Neat.
