- Chris has been feeling down about his health and lifestyle the past few days. Judge picked up on this and decided to train him for close to an hour to get him motivated in getting fit for Season 3

As much hell as sam and frank raise, this shows a caring and wholesome side of them.
I used to think Frank was just a dick but after the first talk he did with fatty in s1 I knew he was actually a mental health expert and a learned scholar. Frank is the personification of the Jungian shadow, because he is so destructive he has a greater capacity to heal and create.

Next season should be a fishtank fat camp and not only include Chris but other overweight, struggling content creators like Boogie, etc. Whoever sticks with it and loses the most weight at the end wins the $50,000.

So ive been kind of obsessively hate posting over fatty but at the end of the day my main number one gripe is that he is dishonest. He knows he SHOULD want to exercise and make good decisions. He just doesnt. Thats fine. Its what he wants and its honest and real. What i hate is how he lies and pretends and squirms his way through every motivational speech instead of just owning it in an honest way. He pretends to accept his body with his nudity and stuff but its all bluster, he is deeply insecure.

I agree. It’s the lying that gets me. When a TTS message came through about how he should do some cardio and he said “I do 3 miles a day”…. Or the “I do punch w 50lb weights”
It will take a major health scare and he will change. Nothing can put that fear of god into you like really contemplating your life being over. Hopefully it is just a scare and doesn't just kill hiim.

Becoming "disabled" has real effects on the mind. I know people who were legit wrestlers, but the pain in the body happened & it acts like aversion therapy. Everytime they try to be active, they go through agonizing pain, so they become couch potatoes.
Other people who were in the gym or running / playing sports 6 days out of the week, but ballooned up to almost 300lbs after getting an injury that caused them to stop working out. Now, they can barely walk through a store without a walker.
I'm not trying to say Chris is living a good life, or that he doesn't act like a child. Only that it makes sense that he's out of shape, if what we've been led to believe is true. And I'm inclined to believe him because it's a miserable existence, so it's not something you would ever WANT to be. With 90% of people thinking you're faking it or exaggerating it or could fix it all if you just weren't lazy.

We all want him to get better but at this point everyone but him knows he doesn't want to
THe fact he tries is what counts. Sam should make a weight loss show where he works with him and gives him exercise, helps him work on his diet and overall intake . It's not hard, you just gotta start small and work your way up as you get used to the changes.

@@tdowell8615 *Didn't try, there is a difference. We have seen him put in effort. He just needs someone to help keep him motivated and accountable. Until he notices a real worthwhile change and notices how better he feels in total. His problem started YEARS ago from a home that did not teach him these things. And something that has had that long to grow takes time to break.
The thing about being this overweight is its super easy to drop weight because literally anything is a workout. Taking it slow is key

chris is definitely a positive reinforcement guy. criticism only sends him into a tailspin. he needs constant unwarranted love and attention to have any chance at living another 10 years. its sad because this won't last and sam will get tired of training him after season 2 ends. fatty will feel left out and abandoned and fall back into a deep state of depression and self loathing. he will eat himself to death within a few years
lets hope not, people can make fun of him, haha he's fat whatever, but there's not really anything funny about a dude in immense suffering physically and mentally.

80% of weight loss is DIET DIET DIET.
Training is great for overall health but it is actually NOT the main component of weight loss.
While Physical activity expends energy, it takes A LOT to make the body begin to burn the actual stored FAT of the body.
To do that you have to have the correct DIET to make your body begin to burn your body fat for energy.
Because that's what fat is, stored energy reserved basically, that's what the body even has fat for.
Training helps with discipline, pretty essential to dieting. But you're right about the majority of work being done in the kitchen.

But he needs to just get off the cheeseburgers, take all this money from fishtank and just map out a nutrition plan. He's 26 he's gotta make a change or sadly die soon. Fatty is like a drug addict. He's got alot of work to do everyday before he's normal which health wise I doubt he's ever been. Everyone is rooting for him which is awesome.
