I remember randomly stumbling on this video back in 2020 and following the series, consecutively, following the channel. To me, it was nothing but a random thing in the vastness of youtube that just me and some other folks, under mere coincidence, came across and found entertaining. Never thought I would witness a channel grow from hundreds to millions of views right in front of my eyes. That's a remarkable occurrence. Good job.
@@mohammedelkhalifah3315 Actually really true. I had forgotten that this video is actually where I first came across RC. Pretty awesome to see how far he's came since here.
I tried something like this once. I used the play once slider with the maximum value as a variable, when you increase the maximum value after the slider has played, it will continue. I used two of these with the maximum values on a point and the slider values on a point and when I moved one, the other followed and increased its speed based on the distance between the two points. I hope that I made sense.
I’m making a game inspired by geometry dash right now in Desmos. Just stumbled across this series after having finished making the controls and collision lol
Yet another thing to do while "studying"
Lol
I was studying , but watching this seemed more important
Noo you need a game engine to make a game!!1!!11
Reid: haha calculator go BRRRRR
you actually could just make a game engine
Games are just piles of math and graphics anyway. Demos has math, and it has graphics.
@@wesleymays1931 dude i’m seeing this with numbers.

A shame this will probably never get popular because desmos isn't really popular lol. But this is so fricking epic.
He is now

Nice! I often use desmos in my math classes but I never new you could do this! Great Job!
This series is absolutely insane!! Wonderful job. Please continue watching guys
you can use actions as inputs too.
Awesome idea
Very cool idea.
Desmos is my entire Maths A level

i first watched this and had absolutely no idea what any of this meant (i didn't even know piecewise existed)
now this is absolute basics
such a cool idea
Where it all started
Wow. I need to try this!

How did this channel evolve from this to making a Orbital Cannon in Besiege and a machine-gun?
Oh, so that's what Reid Captain did, looks like this artifact is very underrated...
Ive already made a small game where you can move around a character and thats it… so thats why i came to your video
0:30 those two squiggles are looking a little suspicious...
That's crazy
You should finish this, desmos has a lot more tools now
From years long back
this is a good video'
THERE ARE BUTTONS!
"what's your favorite game engine?"
me: ...its hard to explain
did you know you can use tau instead of 2 pi?
why use tau when you could use 2pi
from making games to breaking games
Lmao💀😭
He has an Alpha Braincell
Huh cool
desmos actions might have been a much better way to do this
the implication that minecraft is a platformer
Bru.
i have no fucking clue what your talking about but its cool.
uhhhhhhh, what? cool.
did this guy just made a game in a calculator
Hi
I'm confused to why anyone would do this... Why suffer? lol
It is easy
