after i select the internet that shows up when i go to connect it doesnt connect. I've tried numerous times and it just doesnt work. How do i reset it?
can i print on glossy paper with this printer?

I managed to get it to finally connect to my internet but I had to use a cord from my old printer to do it. It wouldn't connect to my wifi wirelessly until I did that. Now everything's working properly

i cant even get my pc to see the printer.. i just cant connect. its the 5th video i watch where everyone can connect the first time no issues. but for me its not how it shown in any videos

Is it windows
it will only connect to a 2.4gz connection... that's what they don't tell you. you can buy a printer to phone cable and simply plug right into it, it's about 10 bucks... that's what i did just to be safe lol

J'avais un problème impossible de connecter l'imprimante en wifi. Finalement j'ai réussi à connecter l'imprimante au téléphone en wifi en téléchargeant l'appli canon. Et après j'ai réessayé l'installation de l'imprimante sur l'ordi en wifi et ça a fonctionné. Si ça peut aider ceux qui ont eu le même problème
